Convenient to anywhere. Front desk service can be improved.
Pros:

Breakfast included. Housekeeping service. Convenient location.

Cons:

Check in a bit confusion caused by staff. Trying to upsell the room or put a surcharge to my child as extra person. Super confusing while I only want to ask for check in early and or luggage storage since we arrived super early from our long haul international flights.

If you don’t provide amenities, maybe at least sell them at the hotel?
Pros:

Loved the room and breakfasts

Cons:

Didn’t know they don’t provide tooth brushes and other amenities, so had to find the nearest 7/11 to buy everything I needed at 1am

Had a great stay at this hotel. Spent 17 nights there and will definitely book again. Excellent hotel

Excellent staff at main reception and cleaning staff

Although Asian breakfast is standard and really good selection etc not a great deal for an international traveler especially from UK or Europe
