Budget Hotel But Exceeds My Expectations.
Pros:

Great budget hotel that exceeds my expectations. Rooms have good amenities, fridge, bath tub, bidet, toileteries, space for luggage, lift and self check-in. Location maybe a bit far from the main town, but you have bus to go around the city, and the bus station is like 5 minutes walking from the hotel. There's restaurants and convenient store nearby, and daiso about 10-15 minutes walking, so it's not that bad. Stayed for 1 night here, could have stayed 2 nights but already have other plan. At least I know where to stay now if I ever come back here.

抜群の使いやすさとお得感
Pros:

市外バスターミナルのすぐ近くにあるのが最大のメリットで、近所にコインランドリーもあって便利。
部屋の洗面台の排水栓が閉じたままの不具合があり、清掃中のスタッフに伝えたら、すぐその場で手際よく直してくれて助かった。

Pros:

L'hôtel est facilement accessible. Les transports et le terminal de bus intercity sont très proches, 8mn à pied , ce qui permet de se déplacer un peu partout. Les principaux bus s'y arrêtent pour se rendre sur les sites majeurs de Pohang.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas vu le personnel de l'hôtel mais pas contre ils sont très réactifs au téléphone quand vous avez un souci !

Una.valida sistematione a pohang per una connessiine veloce al bus e alcune cose da fate in citta. Lontano dal mare.ottimo lo staff che mi sia.ricevuro che assistito nel caso di necessita. Pulita la camea cosi come lenzuola e asciugamani. Stanza decorosa nelle dimensioni, offre tutto il necessario di cui si puo aver bisogno. Nessuna vista al 3 piano, quindi buia. Andrebbe rinnovata. Ma corretti il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Peccato l ho trovato trascurato, abbandonato nelle parti comuni:
Tappeto.del corridoio (parlo del mio ovviamente). Sporco, consumato e macchiato. La reception è l.area dell,ingresso é piana di cose troppe e poco ordinato, lo spazio fuori all I gresso non pulito, non curato.e spazzatura. Peccato.

지난번에는 1층을 사용하지 않았는데
이번여행은 1층을 활용해보니
넘 좋았음

Cons:

누군가가 회를 먹고 남은 것을
쓰레기통에 버렸는지 1층에서
생선썩는 냄새가 많이나서 불쾌했음
창문을 열어놓아도 계속 났음

The hotel has serious security issues so please avoid unless you want to be stolen.
Pros:

Good location. It’s very close to the intercity bus terminal.

Cons:

At 1:30AM, a total stranger opened our room door and tried to enter our room. Fortunately my husband woke up and this guy left. If I was at the room alone, I would totally freak out as this guy can be a theft or creep. I was certain that I locked the door before sleep. So, how did he enter our building and then know the passcode to open my room door? The hotel never had anybody at the reception so I doubt there is proper security measures. It’s such a scary experience!

広めの部屋だけど安かったし、チェックインアウトも手間なく出来た。
タオルや石鹸類、冷蔵庫やドライヤーもちゃんと使えて良かった。

Cons:

チェーンのような内側から部屋の入口をロックできる物があればもっと安心だと思った。
シャンプーは少しキシキシする。
