Very nice location and beautiful room.
Pros:

Very good location, facility and lobby. They got iron in the room, which is very convenient for business trip people.

Cons:

The front desk lady didn’t tell me the all drinks in the fridge are complimentary when I checked in. I only knew that when I checkout without taking any drinks.

Great 4* boutique type hotel who cater for your needs with excellent food and caring staff.
Pros:

Everything especially as my wife is coeliac and required gluten free meals and they catered for her every need .
The food was generally very good and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice

I’d come stay here again but I was frustrated from some inflexible staff members

I needed an invoice from the hotel and I was met with a refusal to submit the price of the room, I understand this might be a choice due to the booking via this Chanel but the inflexibility is something I’ve never encountered in my life before

We had a lovely stay here and we will definitely come back.

I wish there was an ATM in the lobby that takes foreign bank cards (or foreign credit cards) and that dispenses more than 100,000won at a time (maybe like 300,000won. The ATM they sent me to outside next to the convenience store didn’t work properly (keypad “1” for code broken) and max. was only 100,000.
