Quand le relationnel peut poser problème!

L'emplacement , l'équipement , un bon rapport qualité prix , l'amababilite , la gentillesse de Virginie au service du petit déjeuner ,

L'accueil et le comportement de M. Iman le manager du jeudi soir 25 à 18 h.30.
Notre porte de chambre 447 avait un problème de serrure et après l'avoir signalé à l'accueil ce monsieur a daigné se déplacer et nous expliquait comment ouvrir une porte et tenir la poignée (à des adultes de plus de 50 ans... Nous prenant pour des demeurés!! Ayant l'habitude de fréquenter les hôtels)
Ce monsieur devrait revoir sa façon de se conduire face à une clientèle et prendre exemple sur ses collègues ou changer de métier.
Il nous avait proposer de changer de chambre et aller côté sud ou de faire venir un serrurier.
Le lendemain après midi nous sommes revenus à la chambre et là surprise la porte ouverte la serrure demontée et personne .
Nos affaires à l'intérieur ...? La sécurité et où ...????donc très mécontents de ce Monsieur.

Très bien comme à chaque fois!
Pros:

J'apprécie énormément l'accueil, toujours tres sympathique et dynamique.
J'apprécie également leur professionnalisme, toujours prompt à réagir.
Et la finalité, est qu'ils sont dans l'attention des personnes mais aussi de nos fidèles compagnons à 4 pattes!
