Heerlijk, eerlijk kleinschalig Mexicaans hotel op prima locatie.
Pros:

Een eerlijk en echt lokaal hotel, gerund door een gezin. Het eten is heerlijk, de kamers schoon en ruim, het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Het zwembad is eenvoudig maar prima om lekker af te koelen. Parkeren is voor de deur geen probleem en op loopafstand vind je winkeltjes en andere eet gelegenheden, alhoewel wij het eten bij het hotel echt het lekkerst vinden! Als je eens geen keten maar een Mexicaanse familie wil ondersteunen, boek dan zeker hier!

Cons:

Het was hartstikke goed. Als ik iets moet noemen; wij sliepen op de begane grond, het zwembad was letterlijk 2 stappen uit de kamerdeur. Hierdoor loop je met natte voeten je kamer in. We gebruikten de badmat om dat op te lossen.

Personnel très agréable, grande chambre familiale avec 3 grands lits. Déco sympa dans les parties communes.
Pas très loin des commerces et resto à pied.
Très bon petit déjeuner et piscine agréable vue la chaleur.

Cons:

Emplacement en bord de route, hôtel un peu vieillot (frigo KO)

Mucho la comida. Muy buena. La atención del personal todos muy amables. Te dan un trato de un hotel de lujo. Muy limpia la ropa de cama y las toallas.

Cons:

Esta muy descuidado los baños. Y se moja todo el sanitario cuando te bañas. La piscina no me gustó estaba sucia.

Cons:

Nos indicaron que el desayuno era solo de 9 a 10 porque era baja temporada. Terminaron ampliando el horario pero luego de hacernos pasar un mal momento.
No te dan llaves de la entrada , quedando encerrada solo si les solicitas salir o entrar. No tener libertad de acción me molesto muchísimo!
El baño se moja todo al bañarse

Ottima struttura, curata e accogliente, molto comoda per visitare Tulum

Ottima struttura, molto curata, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere, sufficientemente spaziose. Personale estremamente disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, si sono veramente presi cura di noi ad di là delle aspettative. Ristorante ottimo, sia per la cena che per la colazione, inclusa, abbondante e variegata.

Cons:

Unico "neo", ma trascurabile, la camera al piano terra e con finestra solo sul cortile interno non è il massimo, ma il resto ha più che compensato

Hôtel au beau design avec excellent rapport qualité-prix, à recommander!

Idéalement situé pour visiter les ruines de Tulum et Coba, supermarché à proximité et restaurants à 10 minutes de marche. Personnel très aimable. Parking devant l’hôtel. Petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux.

Cons:

Jet de la douche faible et eau chaude par intermittence .

Le personnel est agréable et l'hôtel est assez beau. L'accueil s'est bien déroulé et les chambres sont assez calmes.

Cons:

La douche collée aux toilettes et qui innonde littéralement toute la salle de bain vu que le sol de la douche est au même niveau que celui de toute la salle de bain. Cela devient vitre sale, c'est dommage !
