Not a good experience, sorry!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The receptionist - rude

The room - if you open window there are bad smells

The bathroom - has signs of mold

Price - they gave me a different price than agreed on the app, they wanted to charge an additional 4% charge for using my credit card despite writing clearing on the app that the accept credit card.

Great hotel. Great location.
Pros:

Good location. 10 minute walk to old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. Staff helpful. Room clean although bed a bit hard.

Perfect for 1-3 nights to discover Hanoi - Central
Pros:

Nice modern hotel, nice roof for breakfast simple and super yummy breakfast, all fresh, they made sure that the breakfast was ready before our pick up at 7 am.
Staff very nice, the accommodation is central, close to everything! The team is super helpful

Все предусмотрено для отдыха после похода по жаре!
Pros:

Расположение великолепное, выходишь из гостиницы и узнаешь местную жизнь изнутри, все в доступности. Особенная благодарность персоналу, администраторы на ресепшен и обслуживание, все дружелюбные и общительные. Большое спасибо Софи, решала все вопросы при их появлении, организовала на достойном уровне! Буду советовать знакомым. Командировка прошла продуктивно!
