Location and staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel was over 2 hours late with check in, said they were running behind. We're unable to get into our room to clean up and change clothes for our dinner reservations. This was very disappointing. Hotel staff was able to provide a credit at the bar for this inconvenience. I appreciated this gesture asThey were unable to compensate the booking itself as I did not book directly with the hotel.
