Was a relaxing and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable the pool area was very nice and clean and liked it that the hotel was not too far away from the beach area and restaurants

Cons:

The breakfast was not good the juice was like water and the eggs had a sour taste to them and the food was not hot enough

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location was great. The room is medicore, clean. The bed is hard and the top blanket is like a hospital blanket. The rooms can use some updating. The pool area is very lame. Not even a water station and it's on the rooftop where it is very hot. No music, no ambiance and just not a good vibe. They can really do some updating in that area as well.

Loved the whole stuff of the hotel.
Especially, house cleaning people were very polite, kind and honest.

Fantastic DelRay Beach vacation!
Pros:

Our stay @ The Hyatt Place DelRay Beach was fantastic! This beautifully renovated hotel, is modern, classy and well appointed. The rooms are spacious (the suite was beautiful!) clean and comfortable, at a great rate. The location is unparalleled, close to multiple dining choices and shops, outdoor entertainment areas, and of course the beach.
Though what stood out to us was the management and staff!
From the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, all were very courteous, helpful and interactive.
The management, Taylor and Nick went above and beyond to ensure a special stay, which it was indeed! We I’ll definitely be back… Hats off to the entire team!!

Not well cleaned
Pros:

Front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was good, but my shower wasn't cleaned before my arrival nor was it cleaned after I requested it to be.

Great location, good breakfast, ok room.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants and beach was the best part of our stay

Cons:

The rooms were a little dated. The a/c throughout the hall and in our room was not strong enough to handle the humidity. Our hallway and room always felt wet & musty

Would recommend
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. It was right at the heart of the Delray strip, literally minutes away on foot from all the fun and good eats. The Free Bee shuttle that took us to the beach was reliable, Super convenient and a breeze to book via the app. The shuttle was a cute little golf cart, But I recommend checking seaweed conditions at the beach before going because when we went, we felt like swamp monsters getting in and out of The seawater, ha ha ha. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast offered at hotels. I just wish they had somebody making omelettes but overall, breakfast was enough to help us save on a meal outside. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and offered good customer service. I definitely recommend a stay here!!!

My stay was good and I’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
Pros:

The staff was very kind, and the ambiance was inviting.

Cons:

The room we were in was just renovated so the light switches weren’t properly labeled or connected. The light switch cover was loose as well which was a bit concerning. The tv in our room, we assumed was a smart tv but was limited to the cable provided by the hotel. No worries we brought a Roku and streamed like normal. But it would have been nice to not have to bring one.
