Tout. Le confort du lit, la situation de l’hôtel ( hyper central), la qualité de la nourriture proposée, le roof top avec la piscine. Mais surtout la gentillesse des jeunes femmes à la réception.
La douche débordait et la moquette de la chambre 11 était abimée. Le mobilier un peu également. Chambre à rénover et mobilier à changer.

Tolle Lage. Zimmer ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, dadurch blieb es angenehm kühl. Nachts ruhig. Bett sehr bequem. Teekanne und Wasserkocher.
Zimmer roch muffig und aus der Kanalisation. Badezimmer hat keine Tür, daher kann man den Geruch nicht ausschließen. Toilette hat nur eine gläserne Schiebetür - vielleicht nicht für jedes Paar fein. Keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. In vier Tagen wurde kein Handtuch gewechselt und auch das Bad nicht geputzt. Selbst nasse Handtücher auf dem Boden blieben liegen. In vier Tagen kein Mal durchgesaugt. Zimmer ist sehr klein, kein Platz für aufgeklappten Koffer.

Unbeatable location in the old town. Good hotel, great breakfast, staff were helpful.
Our AC didn’t work in one of the rooms.
We had a disappointing stay at your hotel Because the shower was clogged. I had to stop the water mid shower and let the water drain until I could finish my shower.
The hotel attendant, came up and cleaned the shower drain. Her service was excellent. She provided additional towels.
My roommate who took a shower, thought the drain had been fixed so she did not realize the shower water was overflowing into the bathroom all the way to the toilet. We had to go downstairs and get even more towels. By the next morning, the bathroom was smelling of sewage.

Lage sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich,
Hotel hat ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, Zimmer hat sehr muffig gerochen. Frühstück ist nicht Buffet, man kann sich 2 Gerichte (zb Joghurt und dann noch ein Ei) von der Karte aussuchen - also sehr wenig. Insgesamt also etwas überteuert für die Leistung!
