Really enjoyed Vander. Fabulous location
Pros:

Staff fabulous, location was brilliant. Love the roof top pool and outdoor area.

Cons:

Room was much smaller than we expected. Phots were a little deceiving

Pros:

De locatie en de inrichting van de kamer. Het kleine zwembadje was leuk om verfrissing te zoeken.
Er was een probleem met het laken dat onmiddellijk werd opgelost.

Cons:

Er was een vervelende geur die uit het putje van de douche kwam. Was niet zeer aangenaam.

Very disappointing sadly
Pros:

The location was great. Breakfast was nice. Massage was excellent

Cons:

Really disappointed by the room, which felt like a broom cupboard hastily turned into a bedroom. Tiny bathroom which flooded and you could barely turn around in and we are slim. Rubbish pillows. Bedside light that could only be turned off by getting out of bed. Towels not changed despite being used on floor for mopping up the shower flood. Dated and grubby looking carpet. The staff in the restaurant were not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by you asking for service. It did not feel like you were welcome to hang out there during the day for a drink. The only good thing about the hotel was the massage, and the reception staff were nice. The breakfast was good but we had to wait ages to get service and items we ordered did not appear.

Not good value for money. We’ve arrived in Zagreb, staying in a much cheaper hotel which is heads and shoulders above this one.

Très moyen au regard du prix
Pros:

Son emplacement est parfait. Son design est également très agréable.

Cons:

La climatisation était défectueuse dans la chambre et nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la piscine du fait de l’organisation d’un événement privé.
La moquette des chambres mériterait d’être shampouinée. La douche est mal conçu et inondé systématiquement la salle de bain.

Emplacement, design de l'hôtel

Cons:

Moisissures dans les salles de bains. Ventilation ne fonctionnant pas. Forte odeur d'humidité dans toute la chambre...
A déconseiller pour tous les asthmatiques, mon fils a enchaîné plusieurs jours de ventolin pour se requinquer alors que nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, tolle Zimmer, der Pool ist wunderbar.

Perfecte ligging
Pros:

De ligging was top. Het hotel ligt plat in het verkeersvrije centrum aan de rivier.
Lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Het zwembad op het dak was piepklein. Er mogen maar 6 personen in. We hebben het dus niet kunnen gebruiken..

Zentrale Lage, super Frühstück, toller Pool auf dem Dach

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem eng, in die Jahre gekommen und dreckig, Spinnennest am Fenster, zerrissene Bettlaken und Handtücher… Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer nach hinten zu einer kleinen Gasse. Dort standen die ganze Nacht Leute aus einer Kellerbar und haben Lärm gemacht. Man konnte nicht schlafen. Leider war niemand mehr an der Rezeption.

Great spot, needs a few tweaks
Pros:

Great location. Staff were nice. The restaurant food was good. Lovely wine menu, all at fair prices.
Pool was a lovely bonus on a hot day.
Breakfast was really lovely.

When I raised the issues below, the staff resolved the shower tray issue and the brought a different hair dryer to our room quickly and happily.

Cons:

Dirty bathroom.
Hair dryer didn't work.
Barely any coffee in the room, and no milk provided to make a hot drink.
Shower screamed a noise from main head, had to struggle to use the small head
Shower try filled up with water after around 1 min, had to keep turning it off so it would go down and could continue showering, Couldn't open shower door or the water would have gone into bathroom and flooded floor there.
Very thin and poor quality pillows.

Ideal zum Sightseeing und Erlebnisaufenthalt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch. man ist sofort in der Altstadt. Der Dachpool mit Ausblick auf die Burg. Ideal zum Erfrischen.

Cons:

Leider nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Mit grossen Gepäck und Kavalier Elektromobil trotzdem machbar.

In the heart of the old town, on the river and a rooftop pool!
Pros:

Only place in the old town that has a rooftop pool that you can see from the castle. Breakfast and breakout chairs out the front were brilliant. Staff were very friendly and generally cared about their guests

Cons:

There was not enough shade for the pool area.
