Pros:

Location was amazing but it did make for noisy nights. The double glazing helped but it meant no air into the room at night
Staff were all delightful and really helpful

Cons:

Mould on the ceiling of room 17 - not what we expected for the price. Sadly the pool was not in use but we did not see that when booking that it was summer time only

Fab location, friendly staff but rooms tired, too hot and need better pillows!

The location was absolutely perfect

Cons:

The rooms were too hot and the pillows were ridiculous- so thin you may as well have slept without them. This has been mentioned on reviews before and is surely an easy fix?
Both these factors lead to poor sleep.
The decor is very modern but getting tired.

Very friendly staff in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved being in the middle of the old town by the river.

Rezeptionist sehr flexibel - wir haben das Zimmer tauschen können, da im zunächst zugeordneten Zimmer kein Fenster zu öffnen war

Cons:

Der Zutritt zum Pool war am ersten Abend wegen einer Veranstaltung nicht zugänglich. Leider ist das Pool erst ab 10h vormittags geöffnet, wodruch wir vor dem Frühstück das Pool nicht benutzen konnten - ein Zutritt bereits am Morgen wäre fein

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Ljubljana’s old town
Pros:

The property was well located in the old city. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and offered us a welcome drink when we checked in. We brought our drinks up to the terrace on the top floor, where we had views of the river and the castle. It was beautiful.

Pros:

Good location and lovely staff

Cons:

The plumbing in the hotel was awful. Our room smelt the entire time. I thought as the hotel was 4 star the rooms would be less cheap looking. Rubbish bathrooms and ugly interiors.
