Наше знакомство с отелем началось с ресепшен. Огромная благодарность сотрудникам, а особенно Алуа - очень внимательная, приятная, вежливая, чувствуется действительно забота о гостях, оставила очень приятное впечатление об отеле. Сам номер чистый, приятно пахло. Что удивило, в номере был увлажнитель-очиститель. Отличный вид из окна. Наш номер был на 19ом этаже.

Алуа на рецепшене отличный сотрудник.

Помогла в решении вопросов, в которых предыдущая смена просто отказалась помогать.

Cons:

Долгое обслуживание в ресторане.
Ожидал блюда ориентировочно 50 мин.

Аргумент официанта был, что много заказов на 23 этаже, поэтому приходится ждать.
