Unreal surprise! Loved it!
Pros:

Wow what a nice surprise! Thank you. Great staff, friendly. Super clean, unreal. The paint job is best I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotels. If we needed anything ( Kleenex ) no problem they were there for us! Breakfast older gal so sweet, the you man was very nice but really needs to be taught how to keep up filling the breakfast items. No eggs 4 times from 8:30 on. The bacon has to go, it’s all fat and not crispy, looks fake. The breads were ok and thank you so much for GLUTEN free bread! But again didnt keep filled so empty often. Teas were almost empty, I understand people take them . Orange juice, apple juice. Waffles, some slower mornings were different egg type fun things. Like real egg and ? Not sure but it was good, again not filled for about 10 people that came down at 8:45. The elder lady was on the ball though! Male just needs working with! He did get me things right away if I asked. Pool was sparkling clean. BBQ seemed to be well used but clean. Parking was not bad, might be rougher for towing or rv, super large uhaul vehicles. Maybe you could park in back next door at red Robbin if you talk to manager. The hallways did not smell and were clean. Large elevators. Oh and hidden secret it seemed was they put out afternoon snack in the breakfast room, sometimes brownies , or nut muffins, both very good. Movie theaters across street to walk to with a lot of movies. If your a light sleeper you might ask for the quieter side from the I-25. Nice front porch to sit outside in the evenings, smoking area I think but no one was there. They did have large dogs there! No doubt in our minds, we would have friends and relatives stay here while visiting us as we are relocating here. Enjoy! Oh they do have issues with TVs but they said they are working on them. No problem in our room since we had 2. The car with letter on it really needs to be removed. The stairs are all clean and carpet.

Still best Hotel in the area.
Pros:

Still best Hotel in the area. Rooms are well kept. Staff all go beyond what is expected to take care of you. Lots of parking. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to all of Albuquerque area. Great place and Staff.

Good location, friendly staff, quite and clean property. friendly staff
Pros:

Location is closed to restaurants and malls, a few miles from old town, very quiet for a few nights sleep. Room was refurbished and very clean. Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast food is ok, nothing special.

Cons:

The elevator was down on Friday morning. It made our stay very difficult as my husband is handicap and required a near by elevator. It appears they didn't want to pay overtime repairs to the elevator.

Great price, Great location.
Pros:

I loved how friendly the staff was and how helping they were with kids.

Cons:

Just the cosmetic repairs from the bathroom to the baseboards carpet coming off the wall. Maybe update the TVs as well.

Clean Hotel in a Nice Area
Pros:

I stayed here for 1 night on the way to Arizona. It is in a nice location with many restaurants around it. The room was clean and comfortable. The heaters worked well and actually turned off when not heating the room, which is nice. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food. I would stay here again.
