Рекомендую цей готель , із радістю зупинимося ще.
Pros:

Дуже смачний, різноманітний і ситний сніданок на любий смак. За це великий плюс. Номери чисті і сучасні. Привітний персонал. Готель знаходиться на горі, треба їхати по серпантину (але це не мінус), тому що дуже гарний краєвид.

Cons:

Ми жили в номері Комфорт і дуже нам не вистачало балкона. Була суміжна дверь із сусіднім номером і було чутно сусідів. Маленький паркінг.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit gutem Service Gutes Frühstück. Die Abendkarte hat Potential nach oben. Schöner Ausblick wenn man das richtige Zimmer mit Aufpreis wehlt.

Cons:

Die Lage auf dem Berg ist schlecht erreichbar. 20 Minuten enge Serpentinen rauf und runter um zum See zukommen.
Baustelle direkt gegenüber.
Sraßenlärm.

Sfuggire dal caldo.
Pros:

Staff gentile e preparato, posizione tranquillo fuori dal caos del Lago, ottima temperatura essendo sopra i 600 metri si sta belli freschi.

Najpierw dostaliśmy pokój zgodny z opisem na Booking.com. niestety okazało się, że w tym pokoju już ktoś jest. Wróciliśmy do recepcji. W recepcji powiedzieli przepraszam i przydzielili nam kolejny. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był w piwnicy. Pokój był nowy ale nie dokończony. Brakowało oświetlenia w łazience, siedziało farbą, w łazience była dziura na wylot budynku beż żadnej kratki. Ze ścian wystawały kable elektryczne zabezpieczone izolacją.

Ein Hotel welches den eigenen Preisanspruch nicht erfüllt. Ein typisches eine Nacht Hotel
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch.

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst,wird optisch aufgehübscht,jedoch ohne wirklich auf Details zu achten. Angefangen von nicht korrekt befestigten Steckdosen, über ein Haartrockner den man einfach an der Wand befestigen müsste oder ein Kühlschrank ohne Stromanschluss kann man hier alles erwarten.
Da es sich hier um ein Hotel,Restaurant und Bar handelt, muss man sagen, auch hier benötigt es Handlungsbedarf, Mitarbeiter im Restaurant ohne ein Mindestmaß an englisch Kenntnissen (die jüngeren Mitarbeiter bekommen das aber geregelt), trotz relativ ruhigen Besuchertagen kann man schon mal 10-15 min auf jemand warten. Das Essen selbst, ist am Ort am teuersten, erfüllt bei weitem aber nicht den Anspruch am den Preis,da leider hier definitiv nicht frisch gekocht oder gar frische Lebensmittel benutzt werden,man schmeckt das TK und verkochte leider. Auch das Wasser im Restaurant,aus dem "Sprudelmax" kommt ist nicht die Erwartung eines Gastes bei den geforderten Preisen.
Ebenso ein massives Problem,dieses Hotel wird als Übernachtungshotel von Reiseveranstaltern genutzt was sich massiv beim Frühstück zeigt wenn diese Gruppe bereits 8 Uhr gefrühstückt haben,kann es passieren das einfache Dinge wie Toast usw nicht mehr vorhanden sind.
Es gibt viele kleine Dinge die den Mehrpreis zum z.b benachbarten Hotel welches mit J beginnt einfach nicht rechtfertigt,was eigentlich schade ist,da man aus dem Hotel deutlich mehr wie ein "eine Übernachtung" Hotel machen könnte,die Preise dafür hat man,den Standart und das Flair erinnert mehr an eine durchschnittliche Pension.

Aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommend und stets bemühtes Team, Frühstück und Zimmer viel besser als erwartet. Von der Aussenterrasse war der See zu sehen und hoteleigenen Parkplatz gab es auch.

Cons:

Wegen Wasserschaden standen unserer Gruppe 3 Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung, aber es wurden uns 300 meter entfernt in einem Nebengebäude Ersatzzimmer( grösser und modernisiert) ohne Aufpreis angeboten. Zimmer und Bad waren toll, aber zum Frühstück stand jedesmal ein kleiner Fussmarsch an. Haben wir gern in Kauf genommen.
