Personal an der Rezeption/abends auch Bar. Tiefgarage mega. Fahrradabstellraum klasse.

Cons:

Personal im Frühstücksraum. Wir saßen tgl. an einem anderen Tisch? Wir mussten quasi suchen und bekamen dann einen zugewiesen. Andere Tische hatten die Zimmernummern, jedoch viel zu klein. Kaum zu lesen. Der Grund hat sich für uns nicht erschlossen.
Beleuchtung im Aufzug, in den Fluren und Treppen muss verbessert werden. Bewegungsmelder fehlen. Auch in der Tiefgarage, wenn man aus dem Aufzug kommt

Wenn man primär wegen der Umgebung dort ist und keinen Hotelurlaub macht dann kann man eine schöne Zeit haben.

Der erste Eindruck ist ganz OK.
Wenn man dann Anfängt genauer zu schauen fängt man an sich zu ärgern und wird natürlich feinsinniger.
Kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer, nur das kleine Ding im Badezimmer.
Die Balkontür ging nur auf und zu nicht auf Kipp.
Der Wasserkocher stand im Zimmer ohne Zubehör und ohne Steckdose, wie ein Dekostück.
Das Hotel war wie ein Flickenzimmer, Fliesen nicht auf einer Höhe erneuert, Laminat ohne Abschlüsse oder unfertige Dehnungsfugen. Das Sogenannte Solarium (Dachterrasse) wurde als Lager verwendet.
Das Essen war wechselhaft, nicht gut nicht schlecht, oft zu kalt. Schlecht war das wieder auffüllen, hat viel zu lange gedauert oder gab es nur 1 mal.
Man hatte immer das Gefühl man müsse als einer der ersten am Buffet zu sein.
Das alles Inklusive ist das mit Abstand schlechteste was ich je hatte.
Man bestellt ein Gin Tonic. Dann kommt der Gin in einem schönen Glas mit Eis und man wird vor die Wahl gestellt den Tonic zu zahlen oder an der Allgemeinen alles Inklusive Zapfsäule Limo zu holen.
Dort gab es Hauswein, billige Limo und Cola, Wasser und Bier.
Jedoch besser wie nichts.
Das Personal war minimalistisch freundlich. Der eine was mehr und die andere was weniger.
Wir haben dort einen 60 Geburtstag gefeiert, haben alles selber mit Deko vorbereitet. Keine Aufmerksamkeit vom Haus, geschweige eine Gratulation. Das kam nur von den anderen Gästen.
Ich kann das Hotel für eine längere Zeit nicht empfehlen, für einen Kurztripp ist es absolut OK.

Cons:

Hotel je budget varianta. Sobe so osnovno opremljene. Zajtrk ok, a brez presežkov. Spa je že videl boljše čase. Ena od savn ni delala. Ni postrežbe v smislu napitkov ali vsaj vode v spa centru. Hotel vsekakor ni štirizvezdičen.
