Прекрасные завтраки, отличный уголок кофе, работающий до 18 часов. Разумеется, расположение.
Тихие номера. Отличный кондиционер воздуха.

Cons:

Не убрали вовремя , мы вернулись около 14 часов, обратились к персоналу... попросили после 16, но , увы, ничего не случилось.
Хотя это наш четвёртый раз в этом отеле. Удивились очень. Наверное, к следующему визиту персонал сможет нам предложить что-то в плане компенсации.

駅、バス停、百貨店に隣接しており、ロケーションは申し分なかった。朝食は朝の７時から提供され、非常に種類も多く、どれもがおいしかった。スクランブルエッグにカリカリのベーコン、野菜や豆の煮もの。パンはバゲット、セサミロールなどハード系に加え様々なクロワッサン、ドーナツ、マフィン、クレープ、ビスケットやクッキーなどが並び、チーズやハムも６種類ほど、フレッシュな果物やジュースやミルク、ヨーグルトなどもあり、毎日違った食事を楽しめた。

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals (Rezeption/ Frühstücksraum) ist großartig.
Unser Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig.

Die Trennung von Bad & Waschbecken ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Per un problema all’aria condizionata comunicatoci il giorno del check-in abbiamo soggiornato presso Room Mate Gerard invece di Room Mate Pau. Avevamo scelto la struttura per la posizione comoda e per le stanze luminose e ci siamo trovate in una struttura un po’ più dislocata dal centro, molto buia e cupa, per quanto fosse ben arredata era completamente diversa da quello che ci aspettavamo, con toni di nero e grigio ovunque che sono risultati piuttosto pesanti durante il soggiorno, poco rilassanti quanto meno…
Per il resto la struttura ha buoni servizi tutto sommato, personale accogliente e gentile, soprattutto chi abbiamo trovato a fare i turni di notte al nostro arrivo.
Pulizie buone, ma servizio migliorabile, non ci è stata rifatta la camera dopo la prima notte perciò avevamo le tazze usate dal caffè della mattina che potevano servirci per altro in serata o la mattina successiva. Camere dotate di tutto il necessario, machina del caffè e bollitore con capsule e prodotti a disposizione, diverse confezioni di biscotti e snack che anche se non abbiamo provato sembravano molto invitanti. Un ottimo servizio anche la dotazione in camera del ferro da stiro verticale a vapore e diversi cuscini.

Bir sonraki ziyaretimde kesinlikle yine bu hoteli tercih edeceğim.
Pros:

Barcelona’da geçirdiğimiz tatili bu otelde daha da özel hale getiren tüm ekibe gönülden teşekkür ederiz. Daha ilk andan itibaren sıcak karşılandık ve kendimizi gerçekten misafir gibi hissettik.

Özellikle güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları sayesinde her konuda bize destek oldular. Odamız son derece temiz, konforlu ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Konumu da şehri keşfetmek için harikaydı.

Misafir memnuniyetini gerçekten önemseyen, işini severek yapan bir ekiple karşılaşmak çok güzeldi. Barcelona’ya tekrar geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yine burada konaklamayı tercih edeceğiz.

Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Sizleri gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ediyoruz.
