Great b-fast; rude and condescending nite clerk; poor housekeeping
Pros:

This was my second stay in last four weeks, not sure I will keep my upcoming reservations. Pro: breakfast and coffee are excellent. Employees running breakfast are the best part of the staff: friendly, cheerful, diligent, always cleaning. Costa coffee a huge plus. (Curious observation, the entire morning staff appears to be eating before guests do). Cons: 9 total days, room cleaned once (the one cleaning only consisted of providing new towels; nothing else, not even taking used towels). I had to repeatedly ask for towels, coffee, etc—had to take out my own trash I don’t think they have enough housekeepers; poor fellow seems to have too many rooms to clean. As a result, you can see the onset of site deterioration—dirt in corners, finger prints visible, and stains. Saw same fingerprints in elevator I saw on previous visit. Night desk fellow (dangling earring, beard, heavyset, in medical boot) was stunningly rude and unhelpful. He stood around while tables and coffee area were unkempt as well. Does not like his job and it shows—he has a smart mouth as well and condescends; manager needs to watch (and mentor) or the clerk is gonna insult more regulars. HIE, plz save this property from poor housekeeping and the rude night clerk.

Pool closed—April and in the 80s and spring break, all other surrounding pools were open. Room smelled like rotten fish-

Over all....just fine!!!
Pros:

breakfast was excellent. Attendant was helpful kept everything well supplied.

Cons:

Check-in receptionist (Tabitha) talked so fast I couldn't understand her. I had made the reservation on line , but asked her about discounts. Her reply was unintelligible so I gave up. The checkout receptionist the next morning explained there was only discounts for active duty, not veteran's (me), but other discounts were available which he honored when I made a return reservation. The morning receptionist was very helpful making me a new room key when I inadvertently lock my key in the room.

Our stay was awesome! I will definitely use this property for each stay!
Pros:

OMGoodness! Ms. Corey was absolutely amazing and very accommodating!

She even greeted our other guests, ( we had a very small bridal shower in the conference room), with a smile and she kept making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed!

I just love her and her warm personality! Each one of your properties needs a Ms. Corey!

Please let HER know I've shouted her out!!!

Cons:

The elevator was breaking down as soon as we were preparing to leave the property. We had lots of bags!
But other than that, it was great!
