Ein wirklich kleines schönes Hotel, sich dort wohlfühlen ist garantiert
Pros:

Am Rande von Franzisbad, ruhige Lage. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 15 min gemütlichen Fußweg zu erreichen
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, da findet jeder was.
Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Kellner bzw Kellnerin perfekt, sehr freundlich.
Sauberkeit....absolut tolle Mitarbeiter , absolute Sauberkeit, das verdient ein dickes Lob
Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Wer dort essen möchte wird nicht enttäuscht.

Cons:

Am Pool neben dem Sonnenschirm befindet sich eine lange Metallschiene ,optisch sehr schön....aber da die Sonne dort immer darauf scheint ist diese extrem heiß.
Meine Frau verbrannte sich sofort als sie damit auch nur leicht in Berührung kam, wenn das Kinder betrifft wird das zu einem großen Problem.
Bitte diese Metallschine unbedingt mit einer Holzleiste abdecken.

sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Zimmer war auf der Sonnenseite - tagsüber extreme Aufheizung. Keine Klima. Es dauert bis 4 Uhr morgens bis es kühler wurde. Tresor nur mit Aufpreis. Toilettenbrille war extrem lose, Handbrause in der Dusche hatte nur wenig Druck. Rechtes Waschbecken - Wasserablauf defekt. Nachttischleuchte - Glühbirne kaputt. Das kleine Aussenbecken war am Nachmittag überlagert. Kein Platz auf irgendeiner Liege.

Es waren wunderschöne Tage und werde wieder kommen
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Fußpflege würde ich in diesem schönen Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Die Art und Weise auch das Ambiente hat mir nicht gefallen .

Entspannter Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, große Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr freundlicher Empfang und überraschend leckeres Essen, dabei sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Pools haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber alles sehr gut aus.
Hier ist man sehr gut auf ältere Semester eingerichtet, was ja auch schön ist, da nicht überall der Fall.

Cons:

Für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen schönen Zimmern. Das preis-leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar. Paten war kein Problem.

Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr leckeres Essen. Sehr gute Wellnessanwendungen. Toll fand ich die Badeanzugwäscheschleuder im Schwimmbad

Leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch sehr harte Matratzen(für meine Vorstellung)getrübt. Nach 3 Stunden wsr ein Schlaf Unglück. Personal wsr zwar sehr bemüht(zusätzliche Bettdecken Topper),nützte nur leider nichts. Ambiente in den Behandlungsräumen hatte eher den Charakter einer Kurklinik
