According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that some bookings may require pre authorization of the credit card at the time of booking.

Bom dia, foi tudo muito bom, desde a recepção até ao pessoal de limpeza, nota 10
A hora que fui embora,as minhas bagagens tive que colocar no Uber, enquanto o rapaz que carrega as malas, atrás da recepção com o recepcionista,olhei pra traz e vi que estava olhando pra mim e pra minha noiva e nem reagiu pra nos ajudar, ms o casal que saiu antes ele ajudou a guardar as malas, só por que estava com carro próprio, se for assim irei com meu da próxima vez,sou cliente a tempo no Bourbon, viajo todo Brasil, se o rapaz das malas está aí, não é pra ficar atrás da recepção e sim fazer o trabalho dele, né, minha única reclamação, o resto como citei acima, tudo 10, obrigado!!

Localização, me senti em casa.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O atendimento da recepção é excelente, atencioso e simpático.
O quarto é de bom tamanho e funcional. Camas confortáveis e banheiro muito limpo com toalhas macias. O café é excelente com várias opções de pães. Ovos mexidos, Bacon frito, salsicha ao molho são os destaques entre os salgados a disposição. Muitas frutas, sucos e doces.
Senti falta de iluminação de teto acima das camas.
Os funcionários são todos muito educados. E o quarto é muito confortável
