Great value, some things to be aware of.
Pros:

The staff was generally nice (a guy offered fresh coconuts several days!), the pool was nice and not overrun at all, the closeness to the ridiculously nice beach with a pretty calm stone-protected pool (via entirely new boardwalk through amazing mangrove) was amazing, and even though we booked the cheaper room type, the parking lot was partially shielded from us with trees and bushes.

Cons:

The room was barren - not much decoration or cozy lightning.

A lot of small ants crawled in; we asked for treatment against them once, but it only lasted a few days.

The adjacent rooms' sliding doors can be heard loudly. The people above us complained about us to the reception and the staff at work didn't ask for our version of events first before posting a kind of accusatory note. Another staff did later apologise to us for the approach though!

We needed medical assistance during the stay, but none of the emergency numbers provided by the hotel was answered at 22:00 in the evening! We only got a response next day around 11!

Très bien dans l'ensemble !
Pros:

Ce que j'ai le plus aimé c'est la plage de l'hôtel, qui était calme et magnifique !
La piscine était aussi très bien. Concernant l'habitation c'était nickel, la chambre était grande et la cuisine bien équipée. Le personnel était également super!

(Attention il n'y a pas grand chose autour, il faut absolument louer une voiture)

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas bien insonorisée. Les résidences sont sur deux étages, et nous nous sommes retrouvés au RDC avec une nombreuse au dessus, c'était assez épuisant en termes de bruit et de vibrations, dommage...

A l'arrivé tout est propre.
Literie confortable
Climatisation fonctionnelle.

Cons:

De très nombreux petits Cafard (probablement un soucis sous la douche)
Douche beaucoup trop petite et collé sur les toilettes.
Heure limite de check out trop tôt (10h).
Jusqu'à 11h ou 12h serait plus confortable sachant que le check in débute à partir de 16h.
Rideaux de chambre trop petit (la lumière passe sur les côtés

Résidence propre et très bien entretenu, le personnel est très agréable et souriant.

L'accueil était parfait.

La résidence est très bien situé, au bord de la mer ( 5 minutes à pied en traversant une magnifique mangrove)
A moins de 30 minutes des Anses d'Arlet ... Magnifique plage ... 15 /20 minutes du Diamant...
Et a moins d'une heure de beaucoup de villes et plage ..


La piscine est bien entretenue et accessible assez tard le soir.

La résidence est sécurisée avec portails a l'entrée et portillon côté plage.

Nous étions ravis de trouver 3 machines a laver en libre service gratuitement !!!

Le coin barbecue et idéal le soir pour rencontrer d'autres familles... Et passer la soirée...

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances....


Je recommande vivement cette belle résidence...

Pros:

On était déjà venus il y a 14 ans et c'est là qu'on a voulu revenir. Logement un peu vieillissant mais en fait, peu importe, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et on vit dehors. Résidence très bien située personnel très sympa. Le passage dans la mangrove vers la plage au fond de la résidence est un vrai +. Piscine très bien. Si on doit revenir, ce sera là !

Pros:

Spacious room, comfy bed, nice pool and very nice terrace where they serve breakfast. Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was good, but almost the same every day. Very nice surroundings, quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

No bathroom amenities apart from hand soap, no room cleaning during your stay and for the clean towels and toilet paper you have to go to the reception to change them. Wish they had mosquito net. Bad wifi at times.
