Achtung. Vorsicht bei Buchungen, Apartment 1413
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Küche gebucht (Für 4 Erwachsene gedacht). Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Es waren aber 2 Familien und es sollte] daher für den 1 Erwachsenen Privatsphäre geben. Es wurde extra mehr Geld ausgegeben.

Bekommen haben wir 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlacouch. Er reichte zwar für unsere Gruppe, war aber nicht das was ich bestellt hatte. Der Vermieter war der Ansicht, dass es richtig war.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ungenügend. Es war weder genügend Besteck da, noch Geschirr. Die Möbel waren abgenutzt.

Es gab nur 1 kleine Rolle Toilettenpapier (sollte lt. Angabe inkludiert sein). Auf die Frage nach weiteren Papier, wurde geantwortet, dass man dafür selber sorgen muss.

Am schlimmsten war aber, dass seitens des Vermieters -nach der Anfrage nach weiteren Papier und Besteck und der Monierung des Apartments - die Buchung storniert wurde, obwohl wir bereits eingezogen waren. Als Grund wurde gegenüber Booking.com angegeben, dass meine Kreditkarte nicht belastet werden konnte. Ich hatte ein paar Stunden Zeit eine andere Kreditkarte zu hinterlegen. Da ich an dem Tag unterwegs war und kein Internetempfang hatte, sah ich die Mail erst am Abend.
Die Zahlung meinerseits ist tatsächlich aber bereits kurz nach der Buchung erfolgt, da es sich um nicht stornierbare Buchung handelte.

Ich hatte also Angst, dass ich mit einem Kleinkind auf die Strasse gesetzt zu werden. Der Vermieter bestätigte, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Es sollte sich nur um einen Fehler der Software handeln. Beruhigt hat dies aber keineswegs. Meines Erachtens ging es mehr darum, dass es keine negative Bewertung gibt.

No me gusto nada.

Cons:

Baño: el lavamanos estaba sucio, toallas viejas, había 1 solo confort, sin jabón ni shampu, ducha tapada.
Pieza: muebles rotos, ropa de cama vieja y cobertor usado con olor a usado y sucio y viejo, la cama era de palos nada cómoda...
Cocina: loza picada, faltaban utensilios.
En resumen, las cosas de la casa al parecer fueron las que le sobraban o querian desechar, de muy mal gusto, preferí irme inclusive ya pagado todo...
