Hôtel super bien placé , ville très jolie et pleine d ambiance , attention aux pickpocket , il y en a énormément, je me

Très bel hôtel , chambre agréable , personnel très sympa

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné , complètement décalé par rapport au niveau de l’hôtel , il est préférable de le prendre à l’extérieur

Nice location, but expensive for what you get and terrible breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast. We paid the extra for breakfast for 4 nights. Only cold things and barely nothing savory, little space in a meeting room, uncomfortable, you need to book the exact slot you want to go. After the first day we had breakfast outside even having it paid

Cons:

Eka huone oli karmea. Maantasalla, josta näkymät vain seiniä joka puolella, lähin seinä kolmen metrin päässä. Taivasta näki vain suoraan ylhäältä. Onneksi saimme vaihdettua huoneen. Aamiainen oli suppea.

Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazingly friendly, greeting me every time they saw me. Complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24hrs. It is situated in a perfect location - centrally in Bairro Alto, a quick walk to great shopping, dining, and the metro.

Cons:

There was construction work taking place in the building next door, which was somewhat disruptive on Monday morning. I hadn't heard it at any point prior to that morning and it was not communicated that construction may be taking place. A slight inconvenience but not enough to ruin my entire trip.

par rapport au prix j'ai trouvé la qualité des services médiocres, le personnel au check in était pas souriants on nous a même pas expliqué ou se trouvait le petit déjeuner, au sous sol sans fenêtre. Chambre très bruyante sur la rue. Très sombre odeur de fumée dans les couloirs.
