受付がとても丁寧でした。
ウェルカムドリンク、朝食が色々有り美味しかった。良かった
禁煙部屋２部屋頼みましたが、１部屋はタバコ臭く気になって寝るまでに（寝落ち）時間がかかった。エアコンも温度設定が出来ず付ければ寒く消したら暑くなり目が覚めると言った感じでした・・
3回目の宿泊ですが今回は9階に泊まりました。浜名湖が見えて非常に良かった。
朝食をもう少し工夫していただければ、値段的にもお得感があるビジネスホテルと思います。ウェルカムドリンク、漫画読み放題サービスは良かったです。近くに中華料理屋があり、安価で非常においしかった。

飲み物ひとり一杯のドリンクサービスがあった。
夕食付きでないので、外で何か食べるか、コンビニ等で食べ物を手に入れなければと思うのだが、駅前にあるのにまともな食堂がない。コンビニもない。雨の中探して、かなり離れたところに遠鉄のスーパーがあった。
浜名湖のロケーションを期待したのだが失敗。「くれたけ」というのはこの地方のビジネスホテルチエーンらしく近辺にたくさんある様子。
