Naxos Island Hotel is the best choice for a Naxos vacation!
Pros:

Antonia and the rest of the hotel staff were kind, friendly, helpful and competent! Our room (#15) was spacious, the king size bed provided a great night's sleep, the temperature of the room was comfortable and easy to adjust, ditto the water pressure and temperature in the shower! Breakfast on the roof was included and was delicious! The view was spectacular. We also loved the central location of this hotel! Great coffee next door, 2 places to rent a car for the day were steps from the hotel, and we even used the same day drop off laundry service nearby - filled a bag and it only cost 12€!! Bonus: Giannoulis restaurant across from hotel was delicious and a must-do! The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk away!

Absolutely nothing!

La habitación con el jacuzzi aunque ne hubiera gustado más si el jacuzzi estuviera puesto en una zona más privada. No tan expuesto a la gente que pasa por delante de la habitación.

Great location, but disappointed with the hotel
Pros:

The Naxos Island hotel is in a prime location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of a little town where there are lots of restaurants and a few mins walk to the beach where there are lots of beach clubs to rent beds. It is a 10 min car journey to the Naxos Port and gorgeous little winding streets and a great town with lots more restaurants. However, the hotel itself is not a 5 star hotel. It is definitely more 3 star. If thats what you are looking for then you will be very happy there, but if you are expecting a 5 star hotel will lots of facilities and lots of services then this is not your hotel.

Cons:

The fact that we were sold a 5 star hotel which was actually a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was not good, and very disappointing

It’s always a pleasure staying at this hotel!
Pros:

Owner and staff are amazing!!! They make you feel at home and provide everything you would need!! This is our second summer staying here and can’t wait to return!

Cons:

It’s clean, great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafés/bakeries, stores and the BEACH! Love the staff and amazing food at the rooftop with fantastic views.

Nice setting with a sea view and great pool, but the dining and value don’t quite match the premium price tag.
Pros:

Clean rooms with a nice sea view from the family room. The rooftop infinity pool was a standout, great views and a lovely spot to relax. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Kids enjoyed the property overall.

Cons:

Breakfast and the restaurant were average at best not what you would expect at this price point. The gym and hot tub are located inside a room that isn’t well-promoted; we only found out about it by chance. For over $$$$ for four nights, the overall value feels hard to justify.

Hidden gem of a hotel in paradise.
Pros:

Hotel is superb, modern and well maintained.
Facilities and views from the roof top pool and some of the bedrooms are magnificent. All the staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful and can’t do enough to make one feel welcome.
A special thank you to Antonio and the manager.
We will definitely return. We loved everything about the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and a definite return.
Pros:

The staff were helpful, kind and considerate. They went out of their way to make sure my family had rooms close to each other so that the children felt secure being in a room close to their parents.
The facilities and rooms were modern and well equipped.
