Hidden gem of a hotel in paradise.
Pros:

Hotel is superb, modern and well maintained.
Facilities and views from the roof top pool and some of the bedrooms are magnificent. All the staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful and can’t do enough to make one feel welcome.
A special thank you to Antonio and the manager.
We will definitely return. We loved everything about the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and a definite return.
Pros:

The staff were helpful, kind and considerate. They went out of their way to make sure my family had rooms close to each other so that the children felt secure being in a room close to their parents.
The facilities and rooms were modern and well equipped.

Cons:

The location, the rooftop pool and parking were great

Cons:

The beds and pillows were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The room was never fully cleaned, towels were left on the floor, trash, new towels or body products never provided. The sheets/blanket were too thin and there was no comforter to be found even when we asked the staff. Nothing was provided.

Boa localização a poucos metros da praia. Cama confortável. Funcionários prestáveis. Parque de estacionamento disponível e gratuito.

Cons:

As instalações e as comodidades estariam adequadas para um hotel de 3*. É completamente desadequado considerar este um hotel de 5* e a relação qualidade/preço é também muito desajustada. A casa de banho do quarto cheirava a esgoto. A água do duche era salobra e tinha pouca pressão. O champô e gel de banho disponibilizados tinham muito fraca qualidade 2 em 1 e o creme hidratante estava claramente fora de validade com separação visível dos seus componentes. No primeiro dia o pequeno almoço foi servido com pão e bolos que eram claramente da véspera, duros e ressequidos. Nos restantes dias os produtos eram do dia, mas não aceitável para um hotel de 5*. O ginásio tinha máquinas sem manutenção e com poucas opções, nomeadamente uma bola de fitness que tinham à venda no local mas que não disponibilizavam no ginásio.
Os funcionários mostram-se disponíveis e com vontade de melhorar, mas verificamos que as críticas de comentários anteriores se mantêm inalteradas.

The hotel was ok. I expected a 5 star. Maybe my fault. I expected it to be right off the beach. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The room was ok.

A wonderful stay with exceptional staff and a great location near the beach with lovely views.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Naxos Island Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, with a nice view from the room and an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The only small downside was the bathroom products — the small bottles were a bit fiddly and not very convenient.
Still, we'd happily recommend it and would stay again!

Gorgeous Hotel with amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were so over the top! They were wonderful. They went above and beyond! The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were huge and gorgeous. The beach was so amazing! It was so close to the hotel. The few blocks around the hotel offered several restuarants and shops. Everything was walkable. The view from our room was of the beach and we had a nice little deck with a place to hang our swimsuits. We used the laundry service and it was quick and cheap.

Cons:

I didn't like the bed. It was very uncomfortable.
I did see two cockroaches when I was there. One was down by the cars (a big one). The other was in our room. It was as we were leaving. It was crawling across the floor. I kind of freaked out. I washed all my clothes out of the suitcase with hot water as to not bring them in my home. That was a disappointment because they were all clean. We paid for laundry service.

Perfecto hotel para alojarse en Naxos
Pros:

El personal del hotel super amable. Las vistas desde la azotea hermosas. Tienen un telescopio con el que pudimos ver la luna en una de esas hermosas noches de Naxos
