Pros:

It was spacious

Cons:

I booked the primer bedroom but they said they don’t even have my booking in their system and gave me the wrong room. The path to get to the rooms are far from the lobby as well.

Pros:

Fast checkout

Cons:

Hotel guest need to pay to enter the dinosaur park. And if we buy the ticket only can used for 1 day. If you want to enter tomorrow need to pay again. We check in 2 day 1 night. Check in time was 3 o clock. Then enter the dinosaur part at 4pm until 7pm only. How about 2 morrow??

Pros:

Traveling with kids and my concern was the cleanliness of the bed, room and comfy. When I reached the hotel it was much better than what I expected. Breakfast is good. It’s very kids friendly as it has kid pools. Location good near to immigration check point. The staffs are friendly and very approachable.

The service and facility is average (55%)
Pros:

The aircon in room 915 is NOT working well. This room is facing the afternoon sun and has absorb heat on the walls. So the remote is NOT to set (lock) at 20deg as its warm the room. Also, the mid nigh, the AC off itself.

Cons:

Mentioned international buffet. But there are limited foods there. Also, the foods need to be wait. Chicken and etc, we are waited until replenishment been made. Cold drinks are emptied and NO one make any efforts to top up. I personally told the PIC to top up (8.35am). Another team members came at 9am (Sun, 23/08/26), most of the trays start empties..

Cheap place to stay but need to improve revamp new air con for the rooms

Housekeeping hotline very hard to pick up my call to ask for items...cant request to ask for extra bottled water🫥....the old air con air not cold, very noisy & very old🥴...the room need to be replace new modern air con unit less noisy

Excellent Location with many eateries in a shopping mall
Pros:

Have the private pool anytime to use, spacious room, very conveniently located at KSL mall which has many F&B options, nail parlours, hair salons and massage parlours.

Cons:

Elevators are taking very long, thus is always very crowded which we always had to wait for a few turn.
The pool was not very clean, found cigarette butt and hair in the pool.
Water heater in 1 of the bathroom is not functioning as it should.
