駅チカ、コンビニ近い、お得感満載。
Pros:

駅から近い。コンビニも近い。
わりと静かでゆっくりできます。
朝食、種類が多くて美味しい。
コーヒーやアルコール、カレーのサービスがある。
入浴剤などのアメニティのサービスもある。
シャワーの勢いがいい。お湯がすぐ出る。調節しやすい。

Cons:

レンジが部屋から遠かった。
エレベーターが1つしかなく、多少の待ち時間を感じた。
