Very good.
Pros:

Nice location in the suburbs. Handily served by Bus 56. Clean with friendly staff. The Picpus station nearby goes straight to the Eiffel Tower.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but apparently that’s not unusual for Paris. The train ride from Gare du Nord to Nation was exhausting as we had to change trains with two suitcases and there were no escalators only stairs.

The room we had was quite small for us not like the rest of the rooms. I think that rooms that end with 2 have a corner

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Great location, very well connected with public transport. There are stores, bakeries and restaurants in the area. Way more quiet and less crowded than the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room was small but that is common in Paris, at least in my experience.
