It's was Spectacular and close to everything!
Pros:

The location is perfect. The hotel it's by the Harbour and the view outside the room is spectacular! The hotel has a warm welcoming and friendly staff and very helpful. It was amazing and very clean.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, nah am Zentrum und Parkplatz.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Ein Wasserkocher stand mit Instantkaffe und Tee zur Verfügung. Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin stand bei Checkin telefonisch sofort zu Verfügung. Preisleistungsverhältnis war gut.

Cons:

Leider offneten sich die Fenstern im unserer Zimmer nur zu andere Räumlichkeiten innerhalb des Gebäudes. Nachteil keine frische Luftzufuhr, was leichte klaustophobische Gefühle bewirkte. Vorteile den Lärm und Musikgeräusche der umliegenden Kneipen und Nachtclubs waren zum Glück im Zimmer nicht zu hören. Das war ein Segen!!!!
Problematisch war leider die lärmbelästigung durch rücksichtslosen bzw. ahnungslosen, nachts bis frühmorgens, heimkehrenden Hotelgäste die Laut miteinander im Treppenhaus sprachen und nehrmals Türen laut zuschlugen. Insgesamt sehr hellhörige Konstruktion.
Bitte eine entsprechende Schild um Ruhe im Treppenhaus bittend, im Eingang und Treppenhaus einbringen:
Ohropax sollte auch zu Verfügung stehen.

Parfait. Allez y les yeux fermés !
Pros:

Emplacement parfait
Petit balcon très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou profiter d'un moment en soirée.
Animation sur le port mais cela ne nous a pas géné du tout
Accueil tres sympa et qui a répondu parfaitement à nos qq demandes
Nous recommandons cet établissement

Chambre confortable avec balcon et jolie vue sur la mer
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la chambre avec le balcon qui donne sur le port et vue sur la mer. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Rethymno, chambre confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin (frigo, bouilloire, vaisselle). Indications très claires pour un check-in autonome.

Cons:

Le seul inconvénient est le bruit car l'hôtel est situé proche des bars de nuit dansants (type discothèque) et la musique est très forte. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, c'était supportable mais mieux vaut le savoir.
