Workers behind the desk are kind and helpful.
Bed was lumpy. Phone outlet was across the room under a leaking air conditioner. Either I keep the air conditioner on and it leaks all over the floor and into the ceiling below or I go without ac. I chose no ac because I thought I'd get charged for the leak. The bottom of the furniture was water stained indicating they were located at one time underneath the ac. Not changing this furniture and not fixing the ac is cheap. Changed the location of the phone outlet and fix the ac.
