Quarto confortável, acomodação limpa, ambiente tranquilo e excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Solicitei com dias de antecedência apenas 2 horas de late checkout para conseguir descansar antes de pegar estrada. O pedido foi autorizado pela acomodação e posteriormente confirmado em mensagem, concedendo checkout até as 14:00hs.

Late checkout confirmado, mas não respeitado pela recepçãoPorém, por volta do meio-dia, enquanto eu ainda descansava dentro do horário autorizado, uma mulher da recepção ligou de forma arrogante questionando por que eu ainda não havia saído do quarto e afirmando que o checkout seria ao meio-dia.

A ligação interrompeu meu descanso e gerou desconforto totalmente desnecessário. O pior não foi nem a situação em si, mas a falta de alinhamento interno e a forma da abordagem, mesmo após o horário ter sido previamente acordado e confirmado pela própria acomodação.

Um excelente hotel
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Sempre frequento este hotel quando vou a SC. Localização( junto ao shopping Via Catarina) , do Café da manhã e o restaurante realmente gourmet. Da limpeza. Dos funcionários muito solícitos.

Cons:

Não prejudica minha avaliação mas a acústica das janelas para o exterior deixa a desejar. E alguns da turma "valet" muito devagar.
