Cheiro de esgoto no elevador e próximo dele. Limpeza do banheiro não estava boa, luzes do banheiro queimadas.

Pros:

Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Desde a recepção até os do restaurante. Falando em restaurante, tudo muito gostoso. Tomamos café da manhã, almoçamos e jantamos no Eriçá. Valeu muito a pena.

Cons:

Pelo fato de ser ar condicionado central, não conseguimos ajustar a temperatura para aquecer o quarto.

Hotel surpreendeu minhas expectativas
Pros:

Precisei de hotel de última hora próxima da estrada e ele superou minhas expectativas. O atendimento foi excelente, o quarto estava muito confortável e o café da manhã surpreendeu.

Cons:

A pessoa do valet que deixou o carro no estacionamento não trancou o carro e deixou os vidros dos bancos traseiros abertos. Felizmente não choveu durante a noite, caso contrário teria sido um inconveniente muito grande. O manobrista que buscou o carro pela manhã demonstrou uma preocupação sincera e pediu muitas desculpas.
