Cons:

We could not check in after 10PM. There was not working the self check in machine. The emergency number was not working. The room was dirty. And the staff was mostly incompetent.

Die Lage und das Gebäude

Cons:

Die Kaffeesahne in unserem Zimmer war im Juli 2026 abgelaufen. An der Rezeption hat man dann dem Housekeeping Bescheid gegeben die Ersatz gebracht haben. Aber kein Wort von Entschuldigung. Die Mitarbeiter vom Roomservice (der bei uns nicht stattgefunden hat, dazu gab es auch keine Info!) sind sehr kommunikativ und schieben lebhaft die Reinigungswägen auf den Gängen im Innenhof was über alle Etagen Lärm verursacht. Beim Frühstück wird kein Geschirr abgeräumt, erst wenn die Gäste gehen und dann kommen 2 Mitarbeiter die beide den gleichen Tisch abwischen🫣

Cons:

Die Übernachtung war okay, aber der Kundenservice / Personal ist echt extrem schlecht, deshalb würde ich das nicht weiterenpfehlen. Ich versuche seit 2 Wochen eine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt zu bekommen und die KI am Telefon legt immer auf und leitet mich nicht an die Mitarbeitenden weiter.

Fensterloses Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
SAuberkeit
Größe des Zimmer war ok

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und KEIN Fenster. Zum Lüften musste man die Zimmertür öffnen, die ins Freie führte.
Um zum Zimmr zu kommen , musste man die Koffer über einige Treppen schleppen

Heel fijn!
Pros:

Netjes, styling interieur klopte helemaal. Lekker bed, badkamer fris en schoon, alles voelde nieuw! Kamer met pantry.

Für 1 bis 2 Tage ok, länger nicht
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, es gab allerdings keine Abwechslung, 5x gleiches Angebot.
Teeküche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ist wertvoll, weil das Hotel kein Restaurant hat.

Cons:

Wir waren 5 Tage da, erst am 4. Tag werden die Zimmer gemacht, frische Handtücher muss man an der Rezeption selbst abholen, Müll bleibt 4 Tage im Zimmer und der Teeküche stehen.
Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Man kann nur über eine APP Parkzeit kaufen, ca
20 Euro pro Tag, keine kostengünstigere Parkplätze in näherer Umgebung.
Wer Tageslicht sucht, wird bei den normalen Zimmern enttäuscht. Grosse Milchglasscheiben und die Lage zum Innenhof verhindern jede Sicht und frische Luft kommt am besten durch eine geöffnete Tür ins Zimmer. Damit verschwindet aber jegliche Privatsphäre.
Das Hotel ist ein reines Stadthotel ohne Möglichkeit, sich ausser zur Frühstückszeit irgendwo zusammen zu setzen, weder drinnen noch draußen.
Ab 20.30 h ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt, der Personaleinsatz ist insgesamt gering - meist nur 1 Kraft für das Frühstücksbuffet.
Servicekräfte tragen keine Berufskleidung. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild leidet dadurch.
