Emplacement pratique, chambre décevante
Pros:

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de alun alun Malang. Le lobby et le patio sont magnifiques et les lits confortables.

Cons:

Chambres très sombres et assez humides, on ne peut pas aérer sauf en ouvrant la porte qui donne sur le patio. L’odeur du désodorisant est très forte, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

pretty, welcoming place
Pros:

We unexpectedly had to stay longer at the Grand Palace than planned because my boyfriend and I became ill. Extending our stay and keeping the room was absolutely no problem. We were wonderfully cared for; hot soup was brought to our room, along with fresh bed linens and towels. Everyone was so accommodating, and they even offered assistance with medical care. Before we got sick, we were able to enjoy the fantastic massages! We would love to come back again; thank you so much for everything.

Très beau ! Surprenant ! J’espère y revenir

Il a répondu à nos attentes.
L’extérieur est superbe , l’intérieur aussi. Très belle entrée. Personnel souriant, anglais limité mais si chacun fait un effort , tout va bien.
On y a bien mangé aussi.
Verre de bienvenue à l’arrivée ( ça devient rare )

Bon lit et on a bien dormi même si seulement quelques heures avant le Bromo
Rapport qualité prix très correct
Si on revient à Malang on y dormira
Bon Massage aussi

Cons:

-nous avons eu un souci d’évacuation dès le début de la première douche, la salle de bain inondée en quelques secondes. Le personnel est intervenu rapidement et ça a été réglé… mais quand la nuit est déjà pas très longue .. ça vrai que ça raccourci encore le temps de repos
- pas de frigo ( dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter avant de partir en excursion )

The hotel is like nothing I have seen before. From the expansive entrance the lobby is for royalty. My room (executive) has the courtyard balcony and I did spend a lot of time here overlooking the fountain and swaying palm trees. The room is clean, sheets are clean. The staff do a great job keeping on top of all the chores to keep a hotel like this running in such a nice state. I love the no expense spare build quality.. the staff are great and attentive. I had my laundry done no.worries. Breakfast can be cooked fresh, the restaurant is beautiful overlooking the lobby. Even from the front of the hotel it looks like a palace. The function room is very busy so in my 4 night stay I saw a large number of people enjoying this cultural centre.

Pros:

Le personne est gentil et professionnel. Toujours prêt à vous aider si besoin, des services tels que laverie, restaurant, massage sont à disposition.
Le cadre est tout simplement exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, le petit déjeuner est quant à lui exceptionnel ( servi sous forme de buffet avec un large choix )
Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel

Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff, great location, super easy to grab to anywhere! (If you’re young tourists and looking for somewhere to have a drink, levels brewhouse is FANTASTIC!! We loved Malang!) It was super easy to find and get to, check out was easy and the room was overall comfortable!

Cons:

Unfortunately we either couldn’t figure out the aircon or it wasn’t working very well. No matter what we did, our room stayed very hot! (the staff did offer to come and help with this but we had fallen asleep and did not see the message so this may have been fixed!)

The drain in our bathroom unfortunately smelt awful as well so every time we went into the bathroom, we had to hold our noses! I don’t think this is due to uncleanliness though, it probably just needs some drain unblocker and a bit of deep cleaning!

Er werd bier verkocht en naar je hotelkamer gebracht. Maar een flessenopener werd steeds vergeten. Ontbijt was wel in orde. De koffie was goed. Personeel was vriendelijk. Mooie ambiance. Wij vielen voor de mooie foto's van het hotel en de locatie, maar we gaan hier nooit meer boeken.

Cons:

De hygiëne!! Het bed was al beslapen en niet verschoond!! Iemand had de bali belly gehad. Vieze lakens. Er hing een rare lucht in het kleine badkamertje. Er lagen verschillende lange zwarte haren op de grond. De douchekop was vreselijk. De kamerdeur ging niet lekker dicht. Er werd slecht schoongemaakt. Glasscherven op de kamervloer.Vies hotel.
