Cisza, spokój, możliwość korzystania z basenu przez całą noc. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Bezproblemowy, szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Przedłużenie godziny wymeldowania bez dodatkowych kosztow. Przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie ulicy, liczne sklepiki i bardzo dobre restauracje w pobliżu.
