Overall, this was a great experience, thank you!
Pros:

Restaurant was great.
Parking is pretty easy, however for check out please let guests know that you will print a exit ticket.
Very clean and tidy.

Cons:

Room - Pillows, we were in room 304, they were very flat, probably just need replacing.
Shower - the area design it great, but there was a lot of run out of the shower into the main area.
Teabags- there was only three, its an odd number, 4 would have been great.

What a great hotel!
Pros:

East Hotel is fantastic. The rooms are very generously sized, clean, well equipped and reasonably priced. Parking is easy and comparatively affordable. Check in and out is efficient. The room service options come from the great restaurants downstairs (delicious and not prohibitively expensive) and the 12pm check out time felt like a rare luxury. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, great vibe and value for money....will return!!
Pros:

Loved the location of the property, the size and style of the rooms, the cleanliness overall. Loved having the restaurants and bars downstairs and also being directly across from my favourite pub, The Kensington Hotel. The staff were so kind and friendly, nothing was ever a problem. We were also in great walking distance to the lake and Kensington shops. Easy to get around, we had a car and paid for parking. I will definitely be returning.

Cons:

It would have really topped it off if this property had a swimming pool :)
