Loved our stay would definitely stay again here

Very comfortable. Fantastic staff. Great room service daily. Free bikes was a huge bonus we used a lot during our stay!! Easy walking to great dining, coffee and the Lake. Onsite dining and bar fabulous too!

Pros:

Lovely, staff, amenities, and dining choices in-house and the hotel (pub) across the road.

Cons:

The black gunk that came out of the spa bath.
The car parking and the bottle of wine from the mini bar were "compted" for me. I had photos and, as asked, emailed them. However, I haven't heard back in regards to the issue and if it had been resolved....I am just interested in the result

Staff were great.

Cons:

Receptionist was soldering on though obviously sick with flu like symptoms. But absolutely commendable.

Pros:

The availability of a good restaurant was convenient. My studio apartment was very well appointed, comfortable, and attractive. The location, near Manuka is very convenient.

Cons:

Streaming services were difficult to use. There was no light, inviting public space for guests. The lobby area is rather dark and uninviting.

The East Hotel also has a number of dining options and is also walking distance to other cafes and restaurants and to the Lake and to the National Gallery.
