Very good value, staff were excellent at reception and in Joe's Bar, Agonstinis. Will be back again

They don't have FOX which is a little inconvenient for sports fanatics and movie buffs.

The hotel was well located and close to major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The service at reception was very good.

Cons:

I didn't realise the window was on the small side. I would probably get a balcony next time. Also housekeeping didn't leave certain items ie toilet paper, shower cap and we had to ask at reception. The service at reception was very good.

Lovely modern hotel with wonderful, accommodating staff. We appreciated being able to get access to our room early.
Pros:

The service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and modern. The bar and restaurants within are great.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were too hard for our taste/comfort.

Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Spacious and clean room, well set out, comfy beds, generous sized kitchenette, great selection in mini bar assortment, bathroom spacious and clean, soft towels, great toiletries, fantastic choices for dinner and breakfast or drinks on the ground floor or across the road, free lollies and water near reception, underground parking for $20.

Cons:

Windows need cleaning, would have liked some free biscuits to have with our coffee and tea, some noisy people on the street during the night

Fabulous 2 night stay.
Pros:

Two restaurants. Walk around the lake and to Art Gallery. Pub across the road. Bar.
