I love the lakes hotel great view and sky bet the lake, nice walks and great atmosphere

The red light on the smoke alarm kept me and my son awake as it was so bright!
The pool could be warmer
The pool table as there were balls missing and they keep getting stuck I think the hotel should buy a new one

Cons:

Spa bath had not been cleaned out properly, upon turning it on chunks of hair coming out of the jets. Handprints and face marks all over the window.

Great resort but duty of care leaves a lot to be desired

My car was broken into in their car park on the first night . Spoke to reception and was assured duty manager would check cameras and get back to me that day. I wasn’t contacted that day so spoke to reception again the following day and again was assured duty manager would check cameras and get back to me. Nothing.
