Enjoyable but also disappointing.
Pros:

Ease of parking, restaurant on sight, quick lifts & easy access to rooms via lifts.

Cons:

Always had breakfast included but this time was not clear that we didn’t have it.
Breakfast & restaurant are was very cold Need extra heating.

Pros:

Food was great, staff fixed any issues immediately, room including bathroom, very clean.
Breakfast was included and it was very pleasant good value

Cons:

The price, for the room was a little expensive. Saturday night the hotel had full occupancy and the dining was very very busy. We did have to wait an hour for our meal but it was worth the wait, food great.

Did not get what we paid for

Hotel, amenities and breakfast were amazing

Cons:

Booked a superior queen room for 2 adults and 1x 3 year old arrived to an AMAZING room with a balcony overlooking the lake AND the beach. There was a king size bed and a couch, this wasn't pull out and there was no linen or a towel for my child. I went down stairs straight away to talk to reception and was told that 30 mins later, a porter would be on and would bring up a roll away bed and linen. That was fine. 3.5hrs later, while out, I received a call to say they were moving our room. We were downgraded to a room that isn't even on their website. With a small uncomfortable bed and a single. The balcony, you had to walk right out to to get a terrible view. Very disappointing after seeing what I originally paid for. No credit was offered.
