En raison des tarifs de cette établissement, de l’environnement du quartier, c’est bien regrettable d’être aussi mal accueilli et de surcroît de voir un hôtel aussi mal entretenu et aussi exigu.

Son unos hampones, el recepcionista drogado y se comunicaba con alguien x telefono para seguir instrucciones, es lamentable que booking acepte este tipo de establecimientos, ya que ustedes mismos se desprestigian

Desde que realice la reserva inicial por booking, el anuncio decía 1522 por noche, y que no eran enecesario realizar pago alguno hasta la llegada, pues me realizaron el cargo a la tarjeta por la cantidad de 1522 pesos y luego me mandaron por mensaje qué era de la reserva y que me iban a cobrar 100 euros como depósito. Al llegar a recepción un muchacho como drogado me atendió y se comunicaba con alguien por teléfono y me comentó que debería pagar los 77 euros de la habitación más el impuesto de 5.53 euros, le comente que los 77 euros ya los habían cobrado y que solo faltaría pagar el impuesto de 5.53 municipal, el me dijo que no y que además debería de dejar un depósito de 100 euros, lo cuál no acepte, ni tomé la habitación, tuve que pagar otro hotel.Ahora bien les pido a ustedes gestionen con el hotel Atelier Vivan París el cargo que me hicieron de los 1522 pesos, en dado caso que no se pueda los voy a recomendar muj mal en las redes, tanto al hotel y a ustedes por prestarse a realizar ilícitos
