Pros:

No me gustó:
El desayuno era pobre y muy limitado .Todo era muy justo y había que pedir porque ponían muy justo el jamón, el queso etc . Tenían a disposición como para 2 personas y luego había que pedir más.
Tenían poca luz natural en las piezas.

Cons:

Deberían tener un lugar donde estar con aire acondicionado si es que uno quisiera trabajar o esperar un rato , o tomar un trago sin calor.
Que de las persianas no se pudiera ver para adentro en la pieza 101 , 102 y 103

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! It has an excellent location — close to all the main attractions and lovely restaurants, all within walking distance, yet the area remains calm and quiet.

The staff is charming and always ready to help. The massages are fantastic, and the breakfasts are delicious.

I also really loved the shampoos and other amenities in the room — the scents are incredible.

It’s a pleasure to escape the heat by the pool — there’s plenty of shade, and you can order drinks and snacks.

I truly hope to come back again!

Cons:

The wardrobe in the room was quite small — good for shirts, but not very convenient for hanging dresses.

There was no window, but in this climate it didn’t really feel necessary.

What a great surprise, best place to stay in Cartagena

We booked two rooms at the very last minute for myself and a colleague, without knowing anything about the hotel, and what a great surprise it turned out to be.

Everything was excellent: the service, the facilities, the staff, and the rooms. The restaurant was fantastic, and the rooftop terrace with its pool, as well as the additional pool downstairs, is quite unique for a boutique hotel of this size.

A special thank you to Kathleen, who kindly offered us the possibility to use the spa after check-in, when we returned from an excursion, allowing us to shower, change, and even enjoy a quick dip in the pool. Truly appreciated.

Simply outstanding: highly recommended.
And the location ? Perfect.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the center of the walled city, Cartagena

We celebrated our 15-year anniversary with a 3-night, 3-day stay at Ananda Hotel, and it was absolutely lovely. Most of our time was spent relaxing by the main pool and enjoying the rooftop jacuzzi, both perfect spots to unwind. The service was outstanding—special thanks to Juliana, Jairo, and Lilibeth, who made our stay feel extra special with their warmth and attentiveness.

Breakfast was delicious each morning and included in the rate, which was a wonderful way to start the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the port for boat trips to the islands and bay, close to the historic wall, and only a few blocks away from world-class restaurants and bars.

Ananda Hotel gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena.
