современный отель,
просторный номер с огромной террасой ,
вежливый , внимательный персонал везде, на ресепшен, в ресторане , у бассейна. Любую просьбу не оставляли без внимания 👍

Cons:

хотелось бы больше освещения в номере и по возможности чуть увеличить ассортимент фруктов на завтрак😊 а так в целом все отлично

Great hotel close to a beautiful beach
Pros:

Our second stay at the Sunsuri. Everything was great again - the staff, location, pools, breakfast and size of the room. The only small thing was the air con which seemed to stop working overnight on the first couple of nights - this was mentioned to reception and rectified immediately. Would definitely return again 😊

Welcoming and charming staff and very comfortable
Pros:

The location to the beach was good and shuttle was provided hourly. Had a lovely restaurant with delicious food. Separate rooftop bar with a good variety of cocktails and drinks. Rooms were spacious with large walk-in showers. Furnished balcony. Clean throughout.

Cons:

Didn’t like the steps to pool but can’t be avoided as most properties on a hill. Buggy’s help with getting to room from lobby

Séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Sunsuri Phuket ! Tout était vraiment au top : personnel attentionné, chambres confortables et une atmosphère idéale pour se détendre. La plage a été un vrai plus durant notre séjour, d’autant plus qu’elle est facilement accessible grâce à la navette de l’hôtel, très pratique. Un endroit où l’on se sent bien du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !

Relaxing retreat with on a hill with lovely rooms and a great view.
Pros:

The hotel kindly gave us an upgrade when we arrived, and the room was beautiful with a fantastic, covered balcony with a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious - we enjoyed the variety of options. We only used the pool once but had a wonderful time! This hotel has a lot of hills and stairs, but they have a golf cart to shuttle you up and down - the ride up and down from your room is quite the adventure in the golf cart/truck. Just be prepared when you leave your room each time, a as it is a bit of a trek to go back if you forgot something.

Cons:

We wish the shuttle coming from the beach would allow for those who wish to stay for the sunset (but the walk back is short). Some more shade at the pool (for in the water) would be nice, but the shaded seating areas were great. We also wished the smoking area at the pool was further away.
