Excellent séjour au Radisson Hotel Belém !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Radisson Hotel Belém. Nous avions réservé une Business Suite, et elle était tout simplement grandiose : très spacieuse, élégante, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité et l’espace de la chambre.

L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville de Belém, à proximité de toutes les commodités, des restaurants, des commerces et des centres commerciaux. C’est un excellent point de départ pour profiter pleinement de la ville.

Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et professionnel. Plusieurs membres de l’équipe parlent anglais et même un peu français, ce qui a été très appréciable durant notre séjour.

La piscine est également magnifique et vraiment immense, un espace très agréable pour se détendre après une journée à Belém.

Entre la magnifique Business Suite, l’emplacement central, la qualité du personnel, la superbe piscine et la sécurité du parking, nous n’avons que du positif à retenir de notre séjour.

Nous recommandons le Radisson Hotel Belém à 100 % et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Belém ! 🇧🇷

Cons:

Le seul petit point qui pourrait encore améliorer l’expérience serait d’avoir un bar à l’étage, près de la piscine, afin de pouvoir commander des cocktails, jus ou autres boissons tout en profitant de cet espace.

I stayed here for one night before travelling on. It was really comfortable, the AC was strong and the bed was amazing. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were friendly, and nice even though my Portuguese is limited!

Simpatia e presteza dos funcionários. Tamanho do quarto e conforto da cama. Café da manhã bastante variado.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel é caríssimo. Há uma piscina linda no último andar, mas não há nenhum funcionário e a jacuzzi não funciona.

Pros:

Nessa hospedagem notei que fizeram melhorias nos corredores do hotel e no mobiliário interno do quarto. Acho isso muito importante, pois, hotéis precisam investir em melhorias continuas para manter ou melhorar a qualidade dos seus serviços.

O hotel possui funcionários muito solícitos e educados. De maneira geral, o hotel é bom. Instalações bem cuidadas e cama confortável.

Cons:

Acredito que a limpeza seja um ponto a ser considerado. Chegamos ao quarto e no chão tinham pulseiras de festa, o que indica que não foi feita uma limpeza correta do local. Outro ponto que não agrada muito é o fato de o estacionamento ser terceirizado e cobrado a parte.
