Shangri-La erfüllt und übertrifft sogar die Erwartungen, die man zu der Luxusgruppe hat.
Es liegt ein zentrales, modernes Luxushotel vor, welches durch die aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter glänzt. Service und Betreuung durch Concierge sind Standard, sollten aber immer erwähnt werden.
Es gibt nichts negatives.
Excellent hotel in the centre of Toronto. Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff & service and very cool drinks lounge. We loved the live music each evening and the team looked after us so well. Lovely pool and spa area and fantastic food. Highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed the first time at a Shangri-La Hotel and were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the elegance of the hotel and the great location right in the heart of downtown Toronto.
We had a great room, very clean and spacious. A small technical issue was fixed instantly. Internet was fast and reliable.

The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore downtown Toronto while enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat at the end of the day. What impressed me most was the level of care and attention provided by the team. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and personalized.

Customer service was great and the rooms were pristine
Concierge delays. Understandable giving the high number of guests but a bother nonetheless
Our room was impeccably clean, and was kept that way throughout our stay. All the extra bathroom toiletries were appreciated.
We enjoyed the lobby lounge for appetizers, and piano entertainment one evening. We also had lunch there one day.
There is a Tim Hortons a short walk away.
Any staff we interacted with were very helpful.
We would definitely stay here again.
