I would stay again
Pros:

Proximity to the airport, the rooms were great, the bar and restaurant were fab and almost all Of the staff were fantastic

Cons:

My only one sad face was the receptionist who booked me in, my debit card wouldn’t go through, I don’t have credit cards, I had had a very long day travelling from the UK, was hot and bothered and she simply starred at me like I was a looney, didn’t off any comfort, you know a ‘don’t worry about it let’s try again’ eventually I realised it was because the debit card was asking me to confirm the transaction in the bank app! Once I did that I could pay but actually she made me feel a bit stupid and I didn’t appreciate it, she did not try to make me feel comfortable.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location...proximity to Airport was excellent and free translink shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was pricey but considering it is an Airport hotel, I guess par for the course...the taste & quality was excellent & the server friendly & accommodating. Overall I had a good experience.

Cons:

The shower in the single room had a glass door & we found the double room should have had the same, we didn't Iike the shower curtain. Also, a toilet brush for the bowl & inner & outer shower mats for draining & preventative slipping would have been helpful.

Super convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Location via short tram ride from the airport was fantastic for us as we had arrived late and had a morning flight. The room was creatively designed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the small restaurant.

Cons:

All was good.

Its extremely convenient if u had an early flight, the room its very nice and comfortable, great bathroom. And the restaurant downstair its 10/10 the brick oven pizza its so good and the staff its so nice and helpful.

Pros:

This is my go-to hotel for Toronto layovers.
It’s located right off the monorail, which makes it super safe and convenient even for late-night arrivals.
The pillows and comforter are so fluffy and truly comfortable.

Cons:

My only complaint is the lack of food options.
It would be the perfect stay if they just had a little more to eat!
When I stayed in June, the AC in the room was so powerful that I almost froze to death!

An excellent choice for an accessible airport hotel.
Pros:
