We enjoyed a 1 night stopover before going on safari, it was quick (about 20mins) from the airport and was a very comfortable overnight stop. It is right next to the Nairobi National Park.

Tuve un inconveniente el primer día al pagar con mi tarjeta en el restaurante, tuve que pagar en efectivo pero el hotel también había hecho el cobro en a mi tarjeta hice la reclamación y nunca obtuve respuesta a pesar de que envié la evidencia de que el banco confirmó se debitó el pago.
También noté que se molestaban cuando ponía el traductor ya que mi inglés es deficiente.
It’s well presented on arrival, it’s well maintained and looks very clean.
Rubbish WiFi and TV reception in the room I was staying in. Technician visited but it wasn’t rectified. This will not attract people travelling for work. Staff in the restaurant were miserable
Good hotel, clean and with a good ambiance. Professional Staff. Coffee could be better. Close to the national park and Train station
The hotel is quite pleasant, local enough to the international airport. Food was good, most of the staff polite and friendly. Some and grumpy and not friendly in the restaurant area.
The WiFi in the room was very disappointing, it required a technician, who couldn’t fix it. The tv signal was poor which meant pixelation was frequent during programmes.
I would suggest management take an interest in WiFi issues as it’s a must have for most people travelling for business.

The lactation room was locked and the key was being held by an unknown staff member, to make matters worse we were informed that breastfeeding feeding mothers could not sit in the lounge area while the said key remained unavailable. Do better

Arrived late for 1st stay and checked in but staff seemed busy so getting a drink wasn't easy.
Breakfast at this hotel the next morning was excellent with so much choice.
Staff and especially porters helped so much in arranging things for us.
They had the rooms each time with rose petals as this holiday is to celebrate my wife's birthday.
They have a pool and small gardens to walk around.
We would use this hotel again.
