Pros:

Hotel a unos 15 minutos del aeropuerto (depende del trafico) muy cómodo y funcional.
Al principio pensaba que estaría un poco en medio de la nada pero al final con Uber no es problema para ir a los distintos puntos de la ciudad.
El desayuno muy completo, la cama muy cómoda, todo bien
Use el servicio de spa para un masaje después del safari que fue muy agradable , lo recomiendo

Great location, excellent and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff very helpful, especially with early check in. Very close to airport and Nairobi National Park. Concierge very helpful in arranging special tours. Overall, excellent staff.

Cons:

Bathroom getting a little out of date, note that they have started remodeling rooms.

Im Großen und ganzen fanden wir das Hotel gut, nettes Personal, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Aber... Siehe nächster Punkt...

Wir hatten hier die schlimmste Nacht unseres Lebens, weil es unglaublich laut war! Zum einen ist Mitten in der Nacht (ca. 3 Uhr nachts) im Nebenzimmer ein neuer Gast angekommen, was mit einigen lauten Geräuschen verbunden war. Das kann passieren und ist nicht unbedingt dem Hotel anzulasten. ABER: Vor der Ankunft wurde Nachts das Zimmer gereinigt! Dies war unheimlich laut! Zusätzlich ziehen sich die Zimmertüren jedes Mal beim Schließen mit einem lauten Knall ins Schloss! In dieser Nacht ist dies, wahrscheinlich auch durch den nächtlich ankommenden Gast, mehrfach vorgekommen, so dass wir fast kaum geschlafen haben!

Wenn dies die einzige Nacht in diesem Hotel gewesen wäre, hätte ich nur 1 Stern vergeben. Da wir eine Woche vorher bereits eine Nacht dort übernachtet hatten und da alles in Ordnung war, habe ich nun trotzdem eine relativ gute Gesamtbewertung vergeben. Trotzdem sollte so was eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Zimmer müssen tagsüber gereinigt werden und die Türen sollten mit besseren, leiseren Schließmechanismen versehen werden.
