Na recepci super přístup, všichni velmi milý a pozorní, vlastně i číšníci milý. Vše vypadá jako na fotkách, trošku street moderna s vysokými stropy..... Poloha perfektní, do centra absolutní kousíček. Ubytování jsme bookli pár hodin před příjezdem, takže jsme neřešili parkování hotelem, ale na stejné ulici je možné parkovat v parkovacím domě a to bylo perfektní....přijedete k výtahu, auto vám zaparkuji a 24 hodin bylo výhodnějších. Snídaně super, výběr dostačující a myslím že si vybere každý. Nabídli nám i úschovu kufru, ale měli jsme kousek auto, takže jsme nevyužili, jinak myslím že super služba s možností prozkoumat centrum bez batožiny. Vše bylo čisté a dostatečně vybavené.
Trošku hluk z ulice od projíždějících tramvají. Ale je to prostě úplně centrum, takže se to dá pochopit.

The hotel staff is very service-oriented, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, with daily cleaning and towel replacement, and the location is excellent—close to Wenceslas Square.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Housekeeping started every morning around 8:00 AM and stayed right outside my room, constantly moving carts, dropping things and talking loudly. Because there was almost no soundproofing through the door, it was impossible to sleep. I kept waking up again and again and slept very poorly during my stay, which left me exhausted and with a headache. Same thing 2 nights!!! Never had smth like this ever before

The room and hotel itself looks weird… remind me of a casino or some sort of adult entertainment club. Does not look like a hotel at all. Weird hallway reminds me of some basement from a horror movie.
my impression of Prague was spoiled a lot because of this “hotel”, I could not get proper sleep 2 nights in row, and ended up with a headache being extremely annoyed.
This place is not a proper hotel , very noisy and overpriced and I definitely recommend to AVOID this hotel.
