El hotel tiene una gran ubicación y es muy cómodo para cortas o largas estadías.
Pros:

La habitación sin duda es muy buena, la climatización, la insonorización y la ambientación general. La cama muy cómoda.
El hotel esta ubicado cerca de todo, a unas pocas cuadras del rio chicago y las atracciones más famosas de la ciudad. Estuve 3 noches alojado y desde el hotel caminé hacia todos lados. Sin duda volvería.

Cons:

No cuenta con desayuno.

Very nice hotel, great location and refreshing water!
Pros:

Hotel room was quite nice, very swanky and comfortable. We enjoyed the fresh fruity water in the lobby on arrival and when we left the next morning.

Cons:

The view out the window of the hotel room (402) was onto a really old building and alley, just super ugly. And it was a bit noisy from a generator that seemed to be running a lot (for another building). Bummed we got a room with such a lousy view (we kept the blinds closed), but we didn't bother to change it up as we were only there for one night.

Netjes hotel op een uitstekende locatie
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie in het centrum met een betere prijs ten opzichte van de andere hotels in de omgeving. De kamers zijn netjes en zijn van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

Er werden kosten gerekend voor een sprite uit de minibar nadat we het hotel hadden verlaten. We hebben echter helemaal niets uit de minibar gebruikt.

Pros:

Staff were professional and courteous.
Decor was beautiful
It was very comfortable and the location was perfect

Cons:

I didn't like that some of the furniture was very used and there was only one chair in the living room area. One light didn't work.

Decent value for the money if you aren't going to spend a lot of time there.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and the property overall looked modern.

Cons:

The pillows were the worst, just no support; the bed was decently comfortable. The accent chair in our room was tipped (broken) at an angle that made you feel like you were falling out of it and it squeaked something awful. The kind of thing that makes you realize they buy nice looking things and it's forgotten once installed in the room.
