I would love for the Ivy to start a rewards program for the loyal customer’s

I love the ivy hotel

Cons:

I have been staying at the Ivy for a few years now & it’s no reward program for the loyal and repeated Customer’s… I believe ivy should start a reward program for the people who have visited/ stayed at the ivy hotel for the people who booked 10 to 15 stays within that year & the parking $61 dollars a day when u have hotels round that’s charging cheaper parking rates just something to look into but other then that I love the Ivy hotel

Wonderful
Pros:

Kaia was so accommodating and sweet! My room was amazing as well as the bathtub, i used it so many times and just had a wonderful time for my staycation. would come back as much as my bank account allows

Amazing stay at the Ivy!
Pros:

Everything, the location was perfect. We were impressed with the size of the room and the size of the bathroom. The room was really comfortable and clean. We’d stay again.

Nice Stay in Chicago
Pros:

The rooms are a very good size. Loved we had two sinks as well. Very quiet location and still close to many things. Good blackout blinds.

Cons:

It would have been good to have USB plugs in the room.
