Great stay! Limani Restaurant and Bar is a building away. Janice @frontdesk was a great staff.
Pros:

Janice at the front desk was a great help. She is an excellent person, capable of handling situation and management of guests. I left my sunglass in the room during check out. She sent someone to the room and brought it to the reception for me to pick up after I called her. I appreciate this kindness and professionalism of her.
Hess Market is a minute away. I loved hanging out at Limani Greek Bar. The owner George is a great person. I made friendship with his people.

Pleasant but noisy
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Emy and Isabella. Very accommodating. It was good that breakfast was included. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

At night it as very noisy, being in close proximity to main roads. The noise disrupted my sleep. The kitchen could have done with some more utensils, including a colander.

We attended an event at TD Coliseum and could not have had a nicer stay, from the pleasant greeting and assistance from
Pros:

Location is great,especially if you are going to an event at TD Coliseum or the Arts or conventions. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the light evening fare were both well planned and presented. I love waffles! We were fortunate to have great weather so very much enjoyed the outdoor courtyard. The bed and pillows were great.

Cons:

I hate paying for anything. Lol.

立地は便利だが、部屋のレイアウトは掲載写真とかなり異なった
Pros:

TOEFL会場に近く、立地がとても便利でした。キッチン付きで、ソファも広く快適でした。朝食は種類は普通でしたが、持ち帰り用容器が用意されていたのが便利でした。スタッフの方が追加の小さなテーブルを用意してくださった対応にも感謝しています。

Cons:

掲載写真にはダイニングテーブルや寝室内デスクが写っていましたが、実際のお部屋にはありませんでした。
息子のTOEFL受験前日の宿泊だったため、勉強やPC作業がしやすい部屋を期待して予約したので少し残念でした。リビングにデスクはありましたが、寝室で勉強するためには追加で小さなテーブルを借りる必要がありました。部屋のレイアウトは掲載写真とかなり印象が異なりました。

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The rooms are well appointed. First rate staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

A bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Be careful walking outside, even though Hess Village is nearby and has some nice restaurants.

Bar soap should be in the bathrooms.

The best stay in Ontario
Pros:

We recently traveled through the Ontario area and stayed in three different hotels during our trip — and this one was, without question, the absolute best. Everything about our stay was top-notch from beginning to end.


The true gems of this hotel are the wonderful reception ladies,  Robin and Janice. They were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention made us feel truly welcome, and they are a big reason why we would love to return.


Our suite was amazing — spacious, beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and equipped with an extremely comfortable bed. Even our 14-year-old teenager, who can sometimes be very picky, absolutely loved the hotel, which says a lot!


We also really enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool, the well-equipped gym area, and one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time. Every detail of the hotel exceeded our expectations.


This was truly an outstanding experience, and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you again to Janice and Robin for making our stay so memorable!
