Miła obsługa, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie, świeżo wyciskane soki do śniadania. Live cooking. Kolacje pyszne, z kieliszkiem wina. Pokoje przestronne, strefa saun 18 + , darmowy parking. Pięknie zagospodarowany teren. Godziny otwarcia basenu 07.00 do 23.00. (po 21.00 można się w ciszy zrelaksować).
Basen zbyt mały i płytki do pływania. Dużo kurzu w pokoju. Niestety dużo gości nie stosuje się do regulaminu w strefie saun. Personel powinien częściej kontrolować.
Świetnie położony obiekt blisko natury z kojącym szumem potoku górskiego. Duża Strefa Spa pozwala na relaks w spokoju. Świetne śniadania.
Restauracja mogłaby by być dłużej otwarta szczególnie na weekendzie.

w pokoju czekał na mnie prezent urodzinowy od męża przepiękne kwiaty ,pyszny szampan i torcik od hotelu , pani konsjerż dokonała wszelkich starań aby był to dla mnie wyjątkowy dzień -dziękuję .
super basen zewnętrzny z podgrzewana wodą , basen kryty dość duży , darmowe kręgle (wcześniejsza rezerwacja)
bilard , pyszne śniadania .polecam z całego serca -najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam
duży wybór atrakcji, dużo obsługi która była miła i pilnowała by było wszystko ok.
restauracja Jan Kiepura, ceny wysokie, dania bardzo przeciętne, poniżej oczekiwania, jakość dań była zdecydowanie niższa niż sam poziom hotelu i obsługi. Skorzystaliśmy dwa razy i dwa razy takie same odczucia.
Jedlo bolo výborné. Bazén je naplnený teplou vodou, takže za dá kúpať aj mimo letnej sezóny.
Príliš tmavá izba. Prilis staré vybavenie izby. Hluk od cesty. Ďaleko do vonkajšieho bazénu.
