Pros:

The location is very good and reach for most of the services and the spa facilities were fine.

Cons:

The receiption staff need to welcoming the gust and at least smile ! The room was not new as a 5 starts hotel.

The manger of the relation is very genuine and generous, she offer upgrade because I am loyal customer, the receptionist is polite and professional (Ehsan), I hope I got the name right, she is good and gave me good impression, that's said, other staff in reception as very direct and néd mire flexibility. But this subjective and normal. The spa facility is top notch, yet the prices for Turkis bath is over exaggerated for customers and it is not comparable to the outside top rated Turkish hammam other wise: The facility is superb rooms are good, restaurants food is fresh, cleanliness, swimming pool is indoor and is very big and clean and it is addition to the stay. If you like daily swim this the place. Thermal pool is therapeutic. Cold showers are really cold. Parking area sometimes full but not always. Elevators fast, Air conditioning is above average. Lobby is big but had just coffee and bar, could benefit from other service such as computers or book. I stayed twice at this hotel and I am coming back.

Cons:

Not much to be honest. May be only prices of spa services.

Pros:

Everything was nice, I faced little bit hassle in parking my car sometimes parking's is full, however the valet guys were nice and help when needed. The pool is clean and spacious, cold shower is really cold. Thermal pool is therapeutic. The choice for smoking room has been met, which is good for me, kids had real fun.

Cons:

I cannot complain except that some of the services at the spa is exaggerated considering the more traditional places such as very traditional turkish hamam is about 10% the price, but if you do not do the hamam or massage services then, it is good

Otele girişte Calısanlar çok samimi karsıladı. Üçretsiz odaya tatlı ikramı yapıldı hangi tatlıyı seçmek istediğimiz soruldu. Odadaki su vb ikramları sınırsız ilave talep edebileceğimiz söylendi. Hamam spa bölümü çok büyük ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetli idi. Kat görevlisi +1 puanı hakediyor. Yemekhanede ki bayan personeller güleryüzleri ile +1 puan. A la carte restoranda piano dinletisi vardı ayrıca fiyatları normal düzeyde idi. Son olarak otelin konumu alışveriş ve eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın max.500 metreye kadar çok sayıda seçenek var.

Cons:

İlla olumsuz birşey yazmak gerekirse duşta su sıcaklığı stabil değildi . Ama yaz ayında bir sorun teşkil etmiyor.

الموظفين ودودين ولديهم سرعة استجابه والفندق قريب من الأماكن السياحيه والخدمات

Cons:

الفندق يحتاج إلى تجديد الفندق مستهلك بمعنى الكلمه ويحتاج إلى تجديد لدرجة ان الفوط وملايات السرير متشققه والسرير غير مريح نهائياً الأثاث بشكل عام متهالك وقديم جداً جداً
