Pros:

Am avut o experienta foarte placuta la Crowne Plaza Bursa si, per total, consider ca hotelul isi merita foarte bine reputatia.

Locatie: Hotelul este foarte usor de gasit pe Google Maps, este mare, impunator si are aspectul specific Crowne Plaza. Un mare avantaj este pozitionarea: la doar 3–4 minute de mers normal pe jos se afla unul dintre cele mai importante mall-uri din Bursa.

Parcare: Parcarea este foarte usor accesibila, imediat in dreapta intrarii principale. Se coboara in parcarea subterana, la nivelul -2, iar pentru oaspetii hotelului este gratuita.

Personal: Cu absolut toate persoanele cu care am interactionat am putut comunica foarte usor in limba engleza. Personalul a fost amabil, zambitor si atent. Mi-au placut in mod special oamenii de la micul dejun si cei de la restaurantul de la etajul 19.

Un detaliu care mi-a placut si care arata atentia acordata oaspetilor: in timpul zilei am fost sunat de la receptie si informat despre posibilitatea unui masaj de relaxare. De asemenea, pentru ca eram cazati impreuna cu un copil, o doamna a venit la camera cu un pat suplimentar pentru a ne intreba daca avem nevoie de el. Gesturi mici, dar care conteaza.

Camera: Mobilierul nu este din cea mai noua generatie, insa este foarte bine intretinut si arata in continuare foarte bine. Este un mobilier greu, masiv, realizat pe comanda, de genul pe care probabil nu il mai intalnesti atat de des in hotelurile noi.

Camera a fost foarte curata si spatioasa. Am avut minibar contra cost, masa si fier de calcat, halate, papuci si mai multe tipuri de perne. Aici trebuie sa mentionez in mod special pernele mai tari si ferme – efectiv le-am iubit! Felicitari pentru ele.

Baia a fost foarte bine dotata, iar camera noastra avea atat dus separat, cat si cada.

Singurul lucru care initial m-a facut putin sceptic a fost climatizarea.

A wonderful stay in Bursa
Pros:

We liked everything here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied to please almost everyone. The hotel is near a metro station (5mn slow walk) which helps get near the biggest attractions in the city. There is also a nice food court just in front of the hotel. I am sure you will like it.

Tesis şehir merkezinde kalıyor ve konum olarak çok iyi bir lokasyonda. Odalar geniş ve temizliği gayet iyi durumda. Bir diğer beğendiğimiz alan ise spa oldu. Çok memnun kaldık.
