Pros:

Отель подарил на др мне завтрак, а так же фрукты. Персонал был максимально вежливым, номер чистым. Пока ждала свой номер, отлично провела время у бассейна. Очень достойный завтрак, мне все понравилось.

Cons:

На ресепшене не оказалось зарядки type-c. Понимаю, что в обязанности отеля это не входит, но это ведь такая мелочь, которая могла бы здорово выручать ваших гостей.

Pros:

Чистота в отеле , очень хорошие завтраки . Заселение прошло отлично 👍, персонал вовлеченный , все рассказал и сделал проживание максимально комфортным . Если и будем приезжать , данный отель -прерогатива.

Cons:

Таких моментов не случилось .

Superbe hôtel au centre d’Istanbul
Pros:

La qualité de la chambre et literie, personnel souriant et accueillant, la vue sur le Bosphore au petit déjeuner, le spa, la salle de fitness complète et la piscine très tranquille ainsi que la localisation, proche des transports en commun et quartier agréable.

Cons:

L’accès au spa pourrait être mieux organisé (demande d’essuies systématique au personnel). On ne sait pas trop comment accéder après être passé par la vestiaire, le sauna ou le bain de vapeur ou turc.

Well worth staying
Pros:

Beautifully appointed rooms with everything you expect, unparalleled view of the Bosphorus from our balcony. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice of both hot snd cold dishes. The pool, though not huge, had direct sun from 10 to 3 and was great to cool from the Istanbul heat. Whilst there is a hill to Taksim Square it isn't too steep, a modern 7-10 minute walk. All the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, friendly and personal whilst still professional.
Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Pool's location seems a bit shallow, good for kids and teens, but not for adults. Would be great to have separate rest area in the spa, ensuring limited intercrossing of visitors or hammam and sauna/steamroom.

موقع الفندق قريب من الأماكن السياحيه المعروفة وخمس دقائق تقريبا مشي من تقسيم.
موظفي الفندق دائما متعاونين وتعاملهم راقي جدا.

Un séjour de rêve dans un lieu magnifique et tellement confortable.
Pros:

Un emplacement parfait. En mer et centre ville. Tout peut se faire facilement à pied ou en tram. Et en même temps, il y a une vue panoramique sur le Bosphore. Un petit déjeuner extra et un personnel au petit soin et très efficace.
