Our room was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Very clean.

No cutlery available or milk after hours. Need to have something available for things forgotten.
The room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub were really nice. The breakfast was tasty, with a decent amount of options.
Housekeeping was doing their rounds at 7am, which woke up our dog and caused barking, waking us up after a day of traveling for 10 hours. It was not an ideal way to start the day.

The fact that I was charged a dog fee for my service dog . And my room key stopped working early morning hours long before check out
Great staff, clean, great breakfast
The problem we had was no fault of the hotel or staff. Other people were so noisy and disrespectful, very late into the night. I called the front desk 3 times, and they did respond, but the people continued to be very disruptive.

Good location and value, good gym on premises but needs some TLC.
Property needs some TLC. Room 208 bathroom lights were very dim, fridge never had proper door seal. Room 106 had extreme heat when arrives, 3 hrs with AC hardly change the room temperature. Bed sheets looked very worn but bed is comfortable. Room door lock is intermittent electronically.
