We enjoyed our stay & would like to think we would again especially if these things were resolved.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast but self catered.
The location perfect. The gardens beautiful.

Cons:

There was a door shelf missing in the fridge.
The lavatory seat was loose & the button on the cistern stuck occasionally.
The iron handrail leading up to the first floor, which looked as though it had been installed recently, was too short. Nothing to hang onto at the top of the stairs & too far to lean forward to grip before descending safely.
The plants in all the pots on the terrrace & around the hotel were dead which made it look neglected.
We decided not to dine in as the menu was rather restricted.

Overall a fantastic place to stay
Pros:

Good breakfast , Fantastic location . Very short walk to the beech ar to the village of Porthscatho with exelent pubs and cliff walks.
Local beech is amazing when the tide is out.

Cons:

Evening dinner not very exciting for the price. Would exspect slightly more interesting menue for such a high quality venue.
Gardens could do with a little TLC from somebody who knows what they are doing with what was a stunning garden

Not great, I know things happen but you should communicate with your guests.

Location was beautiful, beach view

Cons:

We had issues with the room, the shower tap broke the first night we got there, the water ran all night because we couldn’t contact anyone through the emergency number the next morning they explained there was missing a digit, so plumber came couldn’t fix it, so we had no shower had a bath but difficult for grown adults to bath properly, then got back from being out all day to find we had no running water at all, no communication about it, not that evening or the next morning only after we told them they said there was an issue, plumber came fixed that but we still had no shower, and manager was great offered to free nights but management came back and said one free night because we still had a bath to use, which is unacceptable after coming from Australia and paying god money. Still communicating with them regarding my refunds

Pros:

Het hotel staat op een geweldige plek en de studio was ruim met zeezicht.

Cons:

Het onderhoud van het gebouw en studio kunnen beter. Ook kon de studio wat beter schoongemaakt worden, met name de badkamer. De prijskwaliteit verhouding is wat uit balans.

Cons:

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wurde scheinbar seit langem nicht mehr in Stand gesetzt. Außerdem ist das Essensangebot sehr überschaubar. Frühstück ok, Lunch gibt es nicht, Dinner hat weniger im Angebot als jeder durchschnittliche Pub. Die 4 Sterne des Hotels können sich nur auf die Lage und das Personal beziehen. Das Haus und das Essen geben diese sicher nicht her. Keine gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Seems like it's run on a shoestring budget or can't get staff.
All the staff were just kids no one around with any authority.

A pleasant few days
Pros:

Location is incredible...staff friendly and relaxed and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and well presented.

Cons:

Our garden studio had a few minor maintenance issues that need sorting. Loose toilet seat and kitchen taps, two sticky doors, extract fan didn't work, bath waste needs unblocking. Milk was out of date.

Sensationelle Sicht vom Garten und dem Frühstücksraum auf das Meer. Frühstück super mit breiter Auswahl an individuellen Zubereitungen. Klasse Lage fussläufig zum Dteand.

Cons:

Für den Pool muss ein separater Zeitslot von maximal 45 Minuten gebucht werden. Küchenzeile ohne Kochoption (keine Herdplatte oder Backofen)

Alles in allem hat es mir trotzdem gut gefallen. Es wäre nur schön, das Personal zu organisieren

Die Lage war sehr schön, sehr ruhig und ganz in der Nähe ein wunderbarer Strand.

Cons:

Leider war die Mannschaft sehr unorganisiert! Kein Frühstück vor 8, nicht mal einen Kaffee. Staubsaugen im Frühstücksraum während dem Frühstück war nicht so toll.
