Pros:

Отличный персонал, прекрасный ремонт. Расположение - супер. Удобная парковка.
Завтрак - 5+.

Cons:

В номере нашей категории двойная кровать = две сдвинутые односпальные, не совсем удобно.
Душевая кабина с большим неудобством - кран с регулировкой расположен далеко за лейкой тропического душа. Включаешь, сверху сразу холодная вода, регулировать приходится под дождем).
За это снял один бал.

Literally stayed in a csatle
Pros:

Got upgraded, so maybe a biased review, but fantastic view over the Danube, 4 poster bed, everything felt very regal.
Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the museum.
Sensible to walk down and taxi back up though, its pretty steep.

Отель расположен в крепости Петроварадин и этим все сказано! До района Старий град 20 минут пешком. Номер с шикарным видом на реку Дунай и город Новий Сад. Особенно красиво смотреть на ночной город.В самом отеле и рядом с ним, на территории крепости расположено несколько уютных ресторанчиков с шикарным видом на реку Дунай. Рядом с отелем музей и бесплатная парковка. Завтраки шведский стол, блюда разнообразные. Есть отличный кофе, чай и соки, фрукты и многое другое на любой вкус. Если гостей отеля мало, то делают завтраки по меню, на заказ. Отдельное спасибо персоналу ресторана, особенно официантам и горничным, которые старались изо всех сил угодить гостям отеля.

Cons:

За электронную регистрацию туриста и предоставление "белого картона" берут оплату в размере 300 динар с персоны. Хотя когда мы попросили предоставить регистрацию, о том , что такая услуга платная, нас об этом ни кто из менеджеров на ресепшене не предупредил. Нас поставили перед фактом, что регистрация платная, лишь при выселении из отеля. До этого мы жили в нескольких отелях, в различных уголках Сербии, но ни где предоставление электронной регистрации не было платным. Тем более, что это обязанность отеля регистрировать туристов. У нас остался не приятный осадок. Поэтому снизил оценку до 9 баллов из 10. Будущим гостям отеля надо учитывать данные обстоятельства.

K.&K. Atmosphäre hoch über Novi Sad
Pros:

Das Hotel und die gesamte Burganlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden nett empfangen, auch unser Hund war willkommen. Unser Zimmer war klein, das Badezimmer sehr schön mit Marmor verfliest. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr vielfältig, aber sehr schmackhaft. Die Burganlage ist so weitläufig, dass unser Hund auch ausreichend Auslauf hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Уникальный опыт жизни в старой крепости. Пятый раз приезжаю в этот отель, обязательно приеду ещё!
Pros:

Я приезжаю вот этот отель уже пятый раз. Легко добраться на автомобиле, своя собственная большая парковка. Отель расположен в старом замке честь номеров имеет прекрасный вид на Дунай. До города идти порядка километра через прекрасный мост на Дунаем. Я люблю пешие прогулки. Номера небольшие, но комфортные. Удобная кровать.

Prenotazione camere matrimoniali un po' dubbia. Se prenoto una matrimoniale,la struttura non può confermarla in base alla disponibilità all arrivo del cliente. O c'è la disponibilità in fase di richiesta o no.
Chiesta matrimoniale con prenotazione non cancellabile, mi è stata assegnata,con mio disappunto,una camera a due letti.

Highly recommended to the Hotel menager to work with his stuff on higher hygiene standards.
Pros:

Nice micro location, but far from the city center…not in walking distance, but 15 minutes drive.

Cons:

The lady at front desk was very unpleasant. My colleague and me (both male), reserved double bed room for a one night. When we arrived to hotel early mentioned lady told us we have single king size bed option only. After discussing we decided to take the room even she didn’t give us a possibility to see the room. After we sort out check in, we went to the room, where we have seen two single beds connected together, so when we start separating then, we have found filthy bed sheets and mattress. (Blood stained or similar, with hair included.)
After we sort bed, addition shock were in bathroom. Lump of hair in Shower, and Yelow stains on the toilet seat.

For sure, no way to stay in this place ever again, even though the location of the hotel is in Petrovaradin fortress with beautiful views on NOvi sad city and Danube river.
I don’t remember seeing such a bad behaviour from the staff anyway, like this person at front desk was. Absolutely she has some kind of problem with communication.

P.S. toilet and show I didn’t take photo of, as My colleague has clean it, as he has to use bathroom.

Ambiente, Lage, kosmetische Produkte im Bad

Cons:

Dusche im Stehen kaum zu nutzen, eher im Sitzen. Außerdem war sie nur warm nicht heiß.
