Pros:

AMAZING staff and a beautiful view. Blackout curtains and a seagull cull are the only things that could make it better! Would definitely stay again.

Čista i opremljena soba. Dobra lokacija hotela, blizu su sve atrakcije. Prijatnost osoblja. Dobar doručak. Ljubimci dobrodošli.

Cons:

Iako je soba jako čista, miris u hodniku hotela (mešavina vlage, prašine, mirisa pasa ili slično), zapuštenost u izgledu hotela je nešto što bi trebalo popraviti. Pritisak vode, na tušu, na poslednjem spratu je jako loš. I kupatilu bi dobro došlo renoviranje. Takođe, pogled sa zadnjeg prozora nije nešto najdivnije (krovovi sa izmetom galeba). Verujem da je prednja strana mnoooogo bolja po tom pitanju, ako ostajete duže od dve noći.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was lovely. The view from the 3rd floor is great.

Cons:

Nothing that would prevent me booking again, the building is old so has age related wear but it's a great base for the area.

Well booked for my 50th bitrrhday Day with 2 friends.

Hot carvery and food . Entertainment .vibrant pub / hotel!! Wondefull!!
NO! Seaview yes
No balcony yet anywhere? No hot food kitchen out of service
Old out of date local.more.like it!! Up 2flights of stairs lift out of use! Bed room door hanging off hinges. Paper on walls.peeling off. Bathroom door clear.glass no privacy. Toilet flush system sound like a tank draining!
Mould around the bath
Shower didn't work
Staff were polite
And friendly . Needs alot of refurburb doin to gt to adequate standards
. Bed very comfy
Was a bonus
Sorry wont be booking again! ONLY BONUS WAS THE VIEW

Location was nice staff were friendly

Cons:

The room could do with alot of modernising for the price paid i expected better. Small bath towels and the bathroom wasn't cleaned to an expected hotel standard. The canvas wardrobe was literally crumbling in places and no longer fit for purpose. The breakfast was very sparse and unfortunately not very tasty. The staff did the best they could but investment is desperately needed

One night only overall okay
Pros:

Location and room size

Cons:

No cooked breakfast as stated when booking which we questioned and told due to problems with kitchen it was cereal and toast only we were also not told this when rang hotel day earlier, parking you have 3 hour allocation then have to move the car and locate elsewhere this is up to 6pm then from 9am next day we were only told when we rang hotel it was free parking

Really enjoyed as always as staff so friendly there and love the room we were in again

The room which we have had before is very big and has two big seaview windows which we love

Cons:

Having to draw curtain when using bathroom as can see people passing on footpath, but we laugh about it as it is such value for money, it’s just a small thing, although could do with covering with that roll of stuff to make it frosted

Tired, dated & disappointing

Cons:

A cooked breakfast wasn’t offered as the kitchen was closed due to having a new extractor installed. Despite my receipt clearly stating “Breakfast included.
We instead were provided with a “complimentary” breakfast consisting of toast and cereal only. While the room was spacious and bright, everything about it was extremely tired and dated.
Paint peeling in the bathroom, shower fitting that couldn’t be removed, faux leather chairs all peeling. Carpets very old & pulling up near doors, wallpaper that didn’t match, creaky floorboards. Sad to see but desperately needs some reinvestment.

Bathroom needs major update ASAP
Mirror light off, very dark
Sitting on toilet bad curtain cover for the windows, veiw on to road very open
Bedroom door had been jemmed open not repaired correctly and lock needs to be much stronger and fitted to make the occupants feel safe
A sash window was not working the room was very very hot.
