Emma and the staff were fantastic and made you feel welcome.
Big room and bathroom.
Scruffy place that needs updating.
The location was great, amazing view over the South bay, staff were friendly and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok but not very hot. Lovely building but in need of reburbishment
The room wasn’t clean and some of the bedding looked and smelt like they hadn’t been changed after the previous guests, we were on the top floor and some of the safety chains on the windows were broken , very dangerous if you children were staying. Towels small and the saniflow toilet was very noisy, curtains were very thin and let lots of light in. Had to lift the bedroom door to close it. Over priced at around £50 per person
The staff were very nice. The rooms however were awful, very dated and in dire need of renovating. Lack of air in the rooms so far too hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Worn out carpets and furniture, bathroom not the best, tiny vanity sink and dated bath and shower. ( would not use). Never waited for breakfast, left very early as conditions of interior really didn,t fancy it. No staff about so left key on hall table and posted parking card under door.
Location ok.
Definitely over priced at £299 for one night which had the rooms been up to a decent standard would not have minded but for the state they,re in then definitely not worth it.
Nice view.
A bit rough & ready.
Room was a great size for the 3 of us, staff very friendly and helpful and the food was really good
Lovely, friendly staff, very welcoming
The hotel does need a refurb but for the price we paid we were very happy

Location
Being on 2nd floor
Location, staff and breakfast
Was on the third floor
Clean and spacious
The staff were lovely and accommodated for our motorcycles when parking the rooms are clean and tidy
The breakfast was adequate no crisps or nibbles behind the bar
Very comfortable, spacious room with sea views. The staff member we met was extremely polite and helpful (sorry I didn't get your name!)
Good breakfast, good tea & coffee facilities and location, nice old building.
It was a bit run down in places with peeling paint, broken store cupboard etc. The parking permit only covered 3 hrs then you had to move your car, but overall great value for money.
