Please note that only adults taller than 57 in can enter the Wellness Center. The reason for this is the depth of the pools and technical systems.

Krásné prostředí a super saunoví svět 👍
Pohodlný hotel s perfektním wellness, myslí na každý detail (třeba nabíječka ve schránce na mobil), :) bohaté snídaně. I přes plný hotel je ve wellness centru klid na relax. Cena vysoká, ale stálo to za ní.

Postel sa rozchadzala..smykala sa..cele zle toto som este nazazil aby sa madrace a postel od seba odtahovali

Jelikož jsem brzo vstaval ptal jsem se zdá lze jít na snídani 6:45 bylo mi řečeno že ne, že jsou od 7:00 ale že mi může připravit baloceky, řekl jsem teda že ano , ráno když jsem opouštěl hotel byl mi předán balíček který po následně konzultaci s manažerem hotelu neodsahoval co měl , dále mi při předání balíčku bylo posměšne řečeno že jsem.klidme mohl na tu snídani už jít ale že jsem si přál balíček t že tady ho mam

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hohem Komfort und vorzüglichen Speisen.
Laut Webseite bei der Buchung wären Umbauarbeiten im Wellness und SPA-Bereich bis 3. Juli beendet. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Umbauarbeiten noch weitergehen und der Wellness und SPA Bereich täglich erst ab 12:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Da wir tagsüber jedoch Ausflüge machen wollten, konnten wir nicht ab 9:00 Uhr täglich das Angebot nutzen. Somit sind wir in der ganzen Zeit nur zweimal abends in den Wellnessbereich gegangen. Eine preisliche Ermäßigung für den eh schon sehr teuren Eintritt ( Familie vier Personen) hat es trotzdem nicht gegeben. Schade, denn das war einer der wesentlichen Gründe für unsere Auswahl dieses Hotels. Der SPA und Wellnessbereich wird separat neben dem Hotel betrieben.

Pobyt se nám velice líbil. Personál byl úžasný a velmi ochotný. Snídaně byli luxusní, pokoj čistý a dobře vybaveny. Není vůbec co vytknout. Moc děkujeme všem zaměstnancům a přejeme ať máte pořád plno, jako bylo za nás. Dekujem
